We were I. A rush trying to find a room for my daughter and grand baby and their dog. The desk was very accommodating and friendly and helped us book the room with no hassle. My grand baby loves the breakfast in the morning. Thank you

The people i spoke with were all friendly and helpfull. My room was immaculate. When i go back to area for a visit i will not hesitate to stay at the milton best western.

Not clean and smelled moldy
We stayed here one night on our way to Disney. Had it not been so late when we arrived we would have left. This place felt and was dirty, bugs in room, and dirty walls. I slept on top of the bed linens with my own blanket and prayed for no bed bugs. Room smelled like mold.

This place is fine if youre lookong for a quick stop and a warm breakfast in the mornong. The room was clean but outdated. The walls where two different colors where they painted over something in several spots. We stayed for 4 nights and had to have our key reprogrammed every single day which was super annoying. The pool was open but dirty. We didnt see anyone clean it the whole time we were there. It was still swimmable. We have family in milton so we would probably stay again.

Staff was friendly and the hotel is clean and affordable. I’m not a fan of pets being allowed in the hotels, and I did smell cigarettes in the hallway. Overall though not too bad.

Should’ve been better
Mom in a wheelchair & the handicap parking was farthest from our room which meant I had to go over carpet to get to our room. Then upon opening the door we were continually assaulted by a horrible strange odor. I usually love Best Western to get the breakfast but the first day the pancake maker burnt the pancakes and both days they had biscuits & gravy it would’ve been nice to have a change. The location was great for our needs, the bed was comfortable but a little too soft
