I recently had a two night stay at this location. The hotel is nicely kept and clean and fairly up-to-date. Lovely breakfast buffet. Close to the airport and easy to get to. The staff and was also very nice. The onsite restaurant was nice for a quick bite, not too pricey - but definitely a small selection of choices. The only two improvements would be the thermostat in the room was not accurate at all, so it was difficult to regulate the temperature in the room. It wasn't miserable, but we were either slightly too cool or warm a lot of the time. But the biggest drawback that would keep me from staying here for more than a night or two was the water pressure in the shower. I have longer, thicker hair, and the water was really barely more than a mist coming out of the showerhead. I tried several things to adjust the pressure to no avail. For just an overnight where I might not need to wash my hair, I would certainly return. But I would not be able to do so if I were planning to stay longer because I could not get my hair clean or rinsed with their water pressure.

Terrible experience. We will never stay here again. Was charged twice (two different amounts). Called the hotel 4 different times to try to remove the issue. Was told the charges would be reversed. They never were. It wasn’t until I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge was it resolved (2 months later).

We chose this property for the convenience of close access to the airport and a free shuttle to an early morning flight. Hyatt Place did not disappoint. This surprisingly spacious “suite” was “sweet” indeed! A sectional couch, end tables and TV graced the living room. The bedroom /bathroom area is sectioned off by a partial privacy wall. The Full size Sealy Posturepedic mattresses were not too hard, not too soft, but like the quote from the Goldie Locks fairy tale, “Just right!” There was a selection of 3 comfy pillows with various firmnesses to choose from. The linens were luxuriously thick and fresh. Wonderful lighting above the mirror and sink for evening and morning personal care. Shower is equipped with mounted pump containers full of shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Located right across the highway from Delta runways seemed to present no problems until 7:30AM when a plane dropped its landing gear right over our heads. Woah! Other than that, I slept like a baby! The buffet breakfast was amazing! Take your time looking around at all the selections, and don’t miss the glasses, cups and square dishes conveniently stacked in nearby cubby holes. Bowls piled high with thawed mixed berries and mixed fruit, fresh oranges, bananas &apples, steel cut oats, eggs &sausage. And those fairy tales? I left feeling like a queen! We would definitely stay here again! Heads up, there was an unexpected $50 damage deposit required at check-in.

The bed was very comfortable and cozy because of pillows and bedding. It was roomy and great space to sit on a couch or chair and eat or relax. It was also affordable for 4 nights via Expedia. Staff was excellent and Noel was a superior desk staff to welcome me at the late checkin around midnight

We stayed here for the airport shuttle services. Everything was good. No complaints here. Rooms clean, bed comfy. Lobby has a bar which we didn't have time to enjoy, and wasn't able to see their breakfast either cause we flew out early
