The place needs maintenance. Everything needs repair… no thermostat for the unit so I couldn’t turn on the heat. The toilet was noisy need maintenance. No one responded when I complained about the thermostat! Had to change rooms because it was too cold and noisy.

Our Stay was great! A lot of parking, heated pool and spa, food places very close. staff was friendly. Only 10 mins away from the fishermen’s wharf. You do have to leave a $75 Deposit. There’s a lake in the back where you can walk around. Free breakfast lots of options to choose from. Over all will stay was great and will stay again.

Little bit aging on the outside. I would not call this a hotel as rooms opened up onto outside walkway like a motel. Breakfast was great.

not your typical Holiday Inn Express property. old, unrenovated, motel style. slow elevator with out of date safety certs displayed. front desk staff was courteous and had nice display board of weekend activities in the area. corporate needs to dump lots of money into the property to bring it up to their standard.

Cleanliness is zero. When we check in there was a used dry wash cloth left on the soap holder and the shower curtains smells that obviously they didn’t bother to changed it.

Our go-to when traveling & for one-night stays used to always be Holiday Inn Express, because you could count on the same expectations. There seems to be a lot of inconsistencies with the hotels now, with many cutting the quality of services. An example us this hotel, the towels were thin & rough, no trash bags in the cans, level of cleanliness, etc,
