Hotel is in poor condition. They don’t seem to care about the smell in the lobby, the pallet leaning against the wall in the lobby, the room furniture being stored in hallways. I will spend my dollars elsewhere in the future.

The hotel was very outdated. Th smoke detector was beeping in our room, contacted front desk and they said they would have housekeeping handle it while we were out. They didn’t have housekeeping handle it and our room was never serviced.

The hotel room was dirty, there was a convention center next to the hotel, you could hear very loud thumping music until 2:30 in the morning, then they loaded their truck with equipment very loud, reeving their engine on the truck loudly at 3 am. Could hear people talking loudly outside. We got no sleep all night. I will never stay here again.

Staff was awesome from check in to the nice lady managing the breakfast room. There could easily be some building improvements to cover the age. Make sure the bathrooms are spotless and the tubs actually drain. Room was very spacious. Tv seemed to only work if you log into your Prime account. Ensure you reset the TV to remove your account from the set.

Easy to find and very quiet seeming neighborhood. Property is dated, but kept clean. Was impressed by the room size, and the fridge was bigger than a normal bar fridge. Only downfall was that the room had a wet dog smell, but you could see that the hotel was trying to air out all their rooms. Breakfast was good and there were lots of options, staff were constantly refilling the hot food as it got low. We would go back as value for money was really good.

The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. There were needs for upgrades to the tub, surround and carpeting as they were showing their years. They did offer a great hot breakfast and the staff were friendly and accomodating to our needs.

Never have I ever had the luxury of a dbl recliner in a hotel room. A show stopper. Made up for some fatigue in the overall condition. However room was very spacious. Bed was way too tall for me - I’m 5’4”. Overall a safe budget friendly choice.

This place is under construction. There was a wad of hair on our shower curtain and pubic hair in the sink. No one made up the room. We asked for it to be made up and they didn’t replenish the coffee or cups or give us any more toilet paper. Homeless people all around the area

Front desk personnel very friendly and helpful. They ensured we had a dog room in advance. No issue at check-in. Good parking and it was lighted. Hotel was purchased by Wyndham over a year ago and the maintenance, inside and out, is no longer being done while they are still going through the remodel. Had 1st floor pet room and the had to wear sandals as the rug was filthy but it was quiet. There was no remote and was provided one. Then we had to go back and get batteries for the remote. Breakfast was fine. AC worked well and was quiet. There was only 1 bar of soap so had to share between sink and shower. There was no mat for the slippery tub.

County civic center is in same lot. Had a Quinceanera that lasted till 1am. Music was so loud it shook the room. Staff made no effort to move us. Also they took up all the parking for the hotel, leaving us no where to safely park. Horrible experience. I know every town has a cut off for noise and it usually around 10 PM. Also, the hotel should’ve made sure parking was saved for its guest. It’s the hotels responsibility to make sure these protocols are put into place. Not the guest

I believe this place should shut down if they are in the process of renovating. It’s filthy inside and outside. The opening and closing of the doors next door to our room was extremely loud, it sounded like a power tool going. The floors are extremely extra filthy. The beds are about to fall apart as well as the other furniture. So disappointed in this place. No staff member was welcoming or nice. The front desk girl mumbled everything she said and looked and sounded miserable. Breakfast ending at 9am is a joke. Hopefully it will be nicer after they renovate, and I hope they plan on renovation the whole place! Even the entry doors are awful, especially the back doors. And what’s up with the mobile home parked in the back with the guy who has all these guys coming to his mobile home that all look like homeless people. Doesn’t make for a comfortable stay at a place.
