I searched for them by my need for a pool. I was traveling with a young autistic person who needed a pool for sensory reasons. I selected this hotel because it stated they had a pool. When i arrived at the hotel, i asked about the pool, and was told it is closed at the end of the summer season (in late August), even though the site was found by searching for a hotel that offers a Pool. I had the the 'Fun' task of breaking the that we wouldnt be swimming that night even though they advertised that they had one available to use

The hotel felt welcoming the minute we walked in the door. Well decorated lobby. Staff super friendly. Clean and comfortable. Coffee and tea station in the lobby. Our room was clean and cozy. Just a great place to stay.

Great breakfast!
The property is old and needs an upgrade. Wifi was not working while we were there. It's a good thing we only booked a night. We like the 2nd sink outside and the large countertop. Breakfast was great. The bacon was delicious!

Entrance door wasn’t working. Older lady behind the desk seemed bothered for no particular reason. The button in the elevator to access the 2nd floor was missing. TV had ZERO channels working. Wifi was NOT working. Breakfast was slightly better than expected, and access to the full gym next door was nice.

Filthy dump with lots of pets and no maintenance!
Horrific! The person across the hall had a little dog who had barking fits throughout the night. The room was filthy and in poor repair. Shower valve was missing so no temp adjustment. The closet door was hanging on one roller. There was an automatic coffee machine in the lobby but it had no coffee so the cups of hot water and milk were just left next to the machine.

This hotel has really gone downhill since it had been the former Best Western, with an expected level of quality and cleanliness. Very plain rooms, broken front door, no coffee available in the room except a couple of decaf pods, very sloppy paint job ( the update?) and no feeling of care for the facilities. We were very disappointed and were anxious to leave. We won’t be back. It’s a shame as we had been there many times.

I went right to bed after arrival. After a while I needed to use the bathroom. I discovered, after it was too late, that there was nothing but an empty roll on the toilet paper dispenser. Luckily there was Kleenex. But TP is a pretty basic expectation for a hotel room. Also, in the morning I discovered the shower head sprayed straight back to the back wall of the shower (over my head). I am a 70 yr old woman @ 4'11'. Probably not very safe to have to climb up on the edge of the bathtub in order to adjust the shower head down. Very poor design.
