Ugh where to begin. Everything you’ve read about the property is true. (Can’t post pictures here but will on Travelocity) It will feel like there are not other options in the area when researching from afar. But there is. Just dig. This place is trash. However the spring feel bed was surprisingly comfortable. You can stop read there. The rest is related to our stay. We booked for 2 nights. After finding out North Cascades Hwy 20 was closed it cut the time needed in the park to about 3/4 of a day. So we decided to move on. We asked if we could get a refund/partial refund or no refund at all on the 2nd night. Was told NO Refund. Which was entirely stupid. They could have keep 1/2 our money and booked the room again and made 1 and 1/2 times the amount. Instead they had a room sit empty for a night. I have never understood this mentality. Do right by the customer and you make more money. They must not have been very confident they could re-book that crappy room.

Quiet area with a great Mexican restaurant next door. Check in staff were nice. Outdoor Pool looked good but I didn’t try it. Nice courtyard. Wash clothes were gray and only two pillows on a king bed, but I’d recommend.

The room was antiquated and very dirty, there was dirt all around where the door handles were, the carpet looked like it had never been cleaned, the furniture looked like it was bought at a Thrift Shop and the towels in the bathroom were all stained and there was blood splattered on the wall along side the tub. I checked out of the room a day early because of the condition of the room, when I checked out I asked for a receipt (wasn't asking to be credited for the extra day I wasn't staying) and was told I couldn't have one and then I was asked why I was leaving a day early and told the clerk because the room was filthy and explained my reasons for saying this. I was told that wasn't true, that the cleaners they have would not leave a room dirty. I told the clerk to go with me up to the room so I could show her or to go by herself, she refused, I also have pictures of what I was saying and a witness. If you have the option to stay anywhere else......do it. The only good thing about this hotel was the LITTLE pool which was clean.

Wash rag folded along with the clean towels.
The girl at check in was very nice customer service was good. The room had an oder but I always travel with fabreeze. What shocked me was the washrag that they left folded along with the towels. I showed the girl at the front desk she took a picture to show the manager. Idk if she did. Other than that it’s a decent place to stay. I’d check all your towels and bed sheets though.

The people were nice. Beds clean and comfy. Wash cloths stained/looked very dirty. Door was very hard to open. Door to connecting room would not lock on our side. A chair had been placed in front of it. The dresser had left over food like noodle cups and paper plates.

There were some nice things about our room. It was roomy, with a fridge & microwave. It was clean and there were no mildew smells. The air conditioner worked well. The bathroom had been recently renovated and the tub/shower was excellent. However the basic amenities were only so, so. The quality of the coffee was awful. The pillows (there were only two) were very spare as were the bed linens. The washcloths were discoloured, maybe used for taking off makeup or cleaning bike tires and not cleaned properly. Some attention to details would easily increase the rating of this motel.

Stop over stay before NCNP
Stop over before continuing into north cascades national park. It was clean with a soft bed after a 5hr drive which I appreciated considering we will be camping the next 3 nights. There’s a great Mexican restaurant right next door and there’s a pool which we unfortunately didn’t use, but it looked clean. I will say they need to get new towels or stronger bleach.

The room was dirty towels in the bathroom were stained toilet seat was stained yellow The shower curtains were mouldy on the bottom. Couldnt take a shower. Window curtains were stained yellow don't think they have been changed in over 20 years. Needs a renovation. I didn't want to walk on the floor. Overall room was awful for the money.

It fulfilled our needs on this trip - something close to a wedding venue. The staff were very nice, the outdoor pool was well kept, the grounds were clean and it was close to restaurants. This property is obviously quite old, showing wear and tear. A little more attention to detail in making up the room (straighten bed skirt, dust behind the TV) would spruce things up a bit.
