"We stayed at this hotel twice, once to explore Santiago and then a brief stop back from Patagonia before heading to the coast. Great value, free basic breakfast, clean hotel, good location to walk to main attractions. Some street noise so recommend ear plugs. "

An improvement would be to add a couple of pouches of coffee every day to our kettle area… I was very impressed by the free coffee provided at the reception area very early in the morning for people leaving early or on early guided tours! Good reception staff"

"Clean property, walkable to major tourist sites. Excellent breakfast and hotel arranged for taxi transfer to the airport. There was also a shower and changing room available at the lower level for use prior to departure and they stored our luggage after checking out. Be careful as usual for walking outside the hotel premises."
