The property is amazing however it is outdated. The amenities were incredible. It was so much to do very very family friendly. Everything with the property was wonderful. My biggest complaint would be that as outdated just need some updates here and there customer service was impeccable. Everybody was very hospitable.

Im usually not the one to complain alot bit the room we booked was supposed to have 2 queen beds in it and they was full beds so we didnt have no room for 5 people to stay the room was nasty like no one had moped or even swept the floors sand everywhere you go the sheets stunk and the air conditioning didnt work we called about everything they just kinda shrugged us off but i definitely will not be back there

They would text me 2 to 3 times a day about moving my car. They were cleaning the different floors of the parking desk. They would we need you to move your car. I all teady had already moved it. I am handicapped and could not find any parking.

Great place for families with lots of pools. Even though the corporate office stated there was an airport shuttle - there was not, and I was told it expired over Covid. The description of the lodging I reserved stated a kitchen with stovetop - and there was not one. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable and the ocean view was great. I would stay again, but with lowered expectations

The room was not clean. Had cigarette butts on the floor. Took 3 calls for Housekeeping to bring some tissue to the room which should have been there at check in. Housekeeping bust in my room without knocking. I will not be coming back to this hotel.

Hallways, elevators, and common areas are just always dirty with visible trash. Saw a cockroach run across the hall and under the soda machine. Had a problem with housekeeping just walking in my room on day one, did not like how it was handled.

Had an amazing trip once again at Compass Cove! Property is clean, safe, and kind. Staff checked in with me several times during my stay by text. When I needed something, they brought me it within the hour. Rooms need some updates but were clean. Restaurants onsite are so yummy and convenient. Went to karaoke and had a BLAST. Thank you for an amazing vacation!!

The property is poorly run. The bathroom in our room smelled so bad and then the toilet started leaking into the beds of the people under us - we had no idea. They came and took the toilet off which reeked so bad. Then we were told it couldn’t be fixed. The maintenance workers put the toilet in our bathtub that still had our bathing suits and body necessities hanging around which we ended up just leaving because it was that disgusting. The front desk was less than accommodating. There was a lot of domestic violence happening in the hotel rooms and very little security. The breakfast is not worth $13/person. It should be free. It is no better than a regular hotel breakfast put into fancy containers. The pools were decent, but extremely overcrowded. Still fun, but not what we were expecting since the hotel advertises over 20 pools/water areas. We will return to Myrtle Beach, but I’ll never stay at Compass Cove again.
