Love staying here. Beautiful view, clesn rooms, and friendly staff. Only 2 problems: beds are extremely hard and hurt people with back issues. Second is the welcome package. We thought it was something nice for the hotel guests since the staff guided us to the table. Turns out it's really a time share gimmick.

We always enjoy our stay when we come here and this time was no exception however, we had issues with the sink draining and it sounded like there was birds in the ceiling in the bathroom. We stayed in the Pinnacle building and there isn’t enough parking. It’s frustrating having to park in across the street or in the other parking lot at the other building especially if you’re just checking in with your luggage. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and will be back in a few weeks!

My favorite resort to stay in Myrtle Beach . I came with my daughter she is 36 but they have been coming to this resort since they were kids I love to look at the ocean so my room always is oceanfront . It is very relaxing and I love the hot tubs ❤️❤️

It was a wonderful stay. The property looks exactly like the pictures the company has posted online. The lady that checked me on was polite not overly friendly. Overall, all staff that we encountered were warm and friendly. My family enjoyed the stay and would book again.

Had a great stay. Rooms are a little dated but the view was great from our Oceanfront room. Staffe is great. nice Tiki Bar and onsite restaurants are conveniant.

The staff was friendly, but they seem to be understaffed. Check in and check out was quite the delay. There wasn’t enough staff to have someone on the slides. On a positive note, the room was clean and very ample. The kitchen was nicely stocked as well. Overall, not too shabby. I’d book another stay with the property.

The layout of the property was confusing and the signage was hard to see. We had to walk through the parking garage to gain access to the pools and beach. My daughter had to move rooms twice due to the poor/ dirty conditions. I have pictures of the ceiling tile dirty and falling out, the curtain valance broken and falling off, dirty light fixtures and furniture. I've never seen a room so bad. My room, in a different building , had a broken door handle and some dirty on walls that should have been wiped away. While I was checking in there were 2 more people complaining about their rooms. They said they've been coming there for years and have never seen it this bad. This was my first and last time staying here.

Second Time Staying
The first night the room was very moist and had a smell to it. You also could not open the balcony door. We told the staff about it and they put us in a better room. The only other problem we had was that we got stuck in the elevator and the fire department had to rescue us. When speaking to the staff about it, they took our room number, apologized, and offered $100 off of our stay, which we still have not received or heard from someone. This is our second time staying at this resort, and this time we had a few bumps.

Our stay was good. Went down for adult softball tournament for the weekend. Very friendly staff, nice room, could use some renovations but overall no complaints. Pretty nice for what we paid. Hot tub was awesome and also loved being oceanfront with a nice size balcony. Met some new people and enjoyed sitting out by the pool in the late evening. Can’t forget the fur babies that were hanging out by the pool. Will definitely be staying there again. We stayed in the Schooner building.
