Love the location and that it is next to a residential area which was quieter. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only thing that could improve was the way the studio room we had was set up. There was a shelving area with a bar to hang up stuff, but you couldn't hang up much there because it was so short, unless maybe kid's clothes. Also they was a fridge but not a microwave.

Right on the beach was the best part. Older rooms, just not updated.. scratched up furniture, toilets didn't flush good, tub& sink didn't drain good. Restaurant wasn't consistent on opening

Great hotel, it was clean, well stocked and a great location! We will be staying here again! The check in was awesome. We got texts for any updates on the property and for check out. The kitchenette was good, the refrigerator was big enough for us and the room was spacious! We really enjoyed it!

This property is very outdated. It is in need of renovations. We arrived for a weekend getaway expecting a nice comfortable resort. This place felt and looked like a motel. External paint is faded. It was midnight so I decided to stay. I checked in and the room was horrible. The walk and ceiling paint was chipping. The first room had fleas even though this is suppose to be a pet free place. I was moved to a new room at 1am. The second room had dirty towels hanging in the bathroom. I got out of the shower and reached for a towel to find red stains which appeared to be dried blood. It was disgusting. I was wet so I reached for another towel and the second one had hair balls rolled in it. It was a kinky texture that I do not have. Needless to say I checked out immediately. I reported everything to the hotel but The hotel staff said they couldn’t find the soiled towels I left on the floor. The hotel needs deep cleaning and major renovations.

Property was run down. Mold in the parking garage, deadbolt wouldn’t lock on our door, bathroom toilet broke on the first day but was fixed. Plugs are not good in room. Any modern plug falls out of the wall. One of the plugs in the room only worked halfway. There was toothpaste residue left on the bathroom sink. The hotel does not provide hand soap in the bathroom. When I called and asked about this they said they just provide a cleansing bar. We did get towel and trash service daily which was nice. I wouldn’t recommend eating at the cafe there. Overall, the location is the best thing about this hotel. I wouldn’t stay there again. It definitely wasn’t what I expected.

First time staying at this property. My room (2 queen beds, oceanfront) was recently refurbished and it was spotless. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, dishes,utensils and microwave. The parking garage decks are aligned with the floors. Park and walk right to your room. The deck is a little tight but I had no issues. The staff is very polite and helpful. They followed up with me after checking in to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to stay here in the future.

We really enjoyed Myrtle Beach. We should’ve gotten an ocean front room but we got a side view. The bed was comfortable. The AC was a bit loud. Loved the lazy river pools. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where the parking ramp is right near room. Open your room and the ramp is right there. It was a good stay.
