Arrived at hotel and first notice the outside was not very up to par, but being the price I got it was alright, as long as the the room on the inside was clean. Well I walk in to the check in office and am greeted with no respect, only a rude “can I help you,” I tell the staff member my name and that I booked a two bedroom room suite on Expedia, she begging to ask if everyone in my party is over 21, I explained to her that two were not, she then proceeds it will be a 200 dollar charge on top of the price on Expedia for a room deposit, I tell her I don’t have 200 bucks and was not aware of such charge and she then says they will wave 100.00, but I cannot get a refund for the room itself. So I was like okay, then I get the keys it’s on the 4th floor and so first strike is the elevator someone had completely urinated in it, and it never got cleaned. Then we proceed to the stairs and the hallway same urine outside, we then come to the room and ready to just get in and get out of the outside when we get to the door and it’s broken like won’t open at first and my S/O smashes his finger just to get in. Okay so once we’re about to walk in a mold smell knocks you in the face then we walk in and go straight to the back,tore up curtains then head boards are broke behind bed just sitting there. Roaches on the floor and in the dresser, instant coffee grounds all everywhere, big pee stain all over the mattress, received replacement room, but fact they wanted almost $300 is insane.

The employee that checked us in was absolutely wonderful. When we decided to extend our stay, the girl that assisted was wonderful. But the day of check out that girl was horrible, rude, and very condescending.

Not maintained very well. Bathroom fan didn't work to control moisture so ceiling had mold. Phone in room wasn't connected because the outlet was just a hole in wall. Bad water pressure.

This is not a hotel but a motel and they charge $30 and you charged $415 for two days. The lobby said we see only $28 per day. We did not stay as we were were two decent families. The Neon board very clearly says $30 and walk-ins welcome

The only positive thing about this stay was the ocean. Polynesian had roaches and bed bugs we stayed in a room roach infested and bed bug infested never in my life have i ever stayed in a hotel like this and they transfered us to the ocean plaza and bed bugs in there will not ever stay at these two places ever again

The hotel was nice overall you did see a few bugs but it's typical when you in a hotel The pools was nice it was right out by the ocean that was a plus it was stuffing walking distance to eat little convenience store so overall it was before for me it was good the family enjoyed we had three different rooms and they all was nice so I enjoyed Don't let the reviews scare you

balcony door was a workout just to ipen and close, bathtub had pink and black mold in the corners, 3-5 channels in the tv and tge only one that was clear was the things to do in myrtle beach. will choose somewhere else to stay in future

Roaches in room. Floor was nasty. Gave $100 cash deposit upon check-in. Tried checking out at 7:30, was told couldn’t get deposit back until 8:30. Was never told this. Several others had to wait for the same reason. Put us behind an hr on our return trip. Absolutely would never recommend staying here. We wouldn’t return if we were offered a free week during 4th of July week which is a busy time for this area. Disgusting. Never stayed anywhere as bad as this.

I read so pretty bad reviews before i booked but I didnt have much options booking so late on a holiday. It was surprisingly not bad at all. Never seen a bug or anything. Just old. Only issue was the bathtub didnt drain well

Room was better than I thought it would be. Had a weird smell. Which I came prepared like I usually do. Lysol and air freshener is a must! Brought some sheets just to lay on top of the hotel sheets. I didn’t have any issues with the room besides there was mold where the shower was and it was a lot! Floor felt dirty but didn’t look dirty lol just had a weird feel. Overall, for the price of this room it was a great stay! I have no complaints besides the mold and floor that felt weird. The room fit myself and kids great!!!!! Overall, I loved our stay!

The room, they give me it's unclean, the back sliding door is broken and completely old,, the inside walls is peeling off the paint or the plastered I not sure what’s or if it’s mold and scratching,, the room also I fine roachs,,, i definitely it’s in not condition to staying,, ,, this is my really but experience in hotel,, ,, ,,,, and for $60 more can be enjoyed the beach and the staying in other better hotel……..definitely I not recommend for no one this hotel…… but if some one want to try make Visio for blogging and definitely it’s going to make money..

If I could give this stay a 0; I would. I do NOT recommend staying in this place. Also make sure that they do NOT place you in room 212. They got rid of their overflow parking; so if there is no more parking on site, at their sister property Ocean Plaza, or their other sister property The Viking, you’re completely screwed out of a parking spot. And don’t get me started on how all of their trashy guests park with no parking regulations in place to keep the parking at least in between the lines. They have probably the most LAZY maintenance team I have ever seen. We get into the room to find that the fridge part of the refrigerator is not cooling properly, the toilet was wobbling SOOO bad that my friend almost flew into the tub; she sat down on the bed and about had her head taken off by the headboard. Then to top it all off, when we went to leave the room the following day to go do a couple of things; we couldn’t even lock the top lock from the outside AT ALL. We get back; and then we couldn’t even lock the lock from the outside OR the inside. Their maintenance took HOURS on 2 of our days doing this stuff when it was stuff that should have only taken 2 hours overall. They put the toilet IN THE TUB; we asked for them to send housekeeping since they placed the toilet in the tub(where we were supposed to shower); they claimed “oh I’ll clean it; if I can’t I’ll get housekeeping”; they NEVER DID. Then they claimed they had to come back to finish everything; well they didn’t.

Made the best out of a terrible situation
Two of the three beds frames were broken. Headboards falling off the wall. Black Mold in the cabinets & on chairs, curtains walls. The floors were filthy. Roaches in the silverware drawers. Unfortunately there were no vacancies anywhere ‘ we were 4 hours from home with young children. We went to the store bought disinfectant & other things & made the best of it.
