Really good staff, property is older but the lobby bar is great. Front door staff is very nice and will help you if you have lots of bags/beach stuff to your room

The original room given was not clean, staff had no problem with switching the rooms out for us. The Wi-Fi was on and off, but other than that my hubby and I had a ball we even extended our vacation. We had a time of our life. The bar downstairs really made out day!!!

Everything was great, wish we were able to have an adjoning room with my parents for thanksgiving but it worked out. There was a cigarette burn on our blanket and sheet but overall it was good.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little older and could use a more thorough cleaning, but overall nice. The views from the balconies are great. Lots of families stayed there during Thanksgiving. It made the resort very festive. The only thing I can say to be cautious about is that a bar stays open on the property during the off-season. I saw two very heated "discussions" in front of the bar. If I had to guess, they were locals rather than tourists. Lots of security and valets during the week of Thanksgiving- which was great! I would stay there again!
