Nice clean facility in South Myrtle Beach. We enjoyed the view from our lovely Oceanfront room. Casual dining on site. Pool was great for off season but would be small for summer. Be aware they will offer timeshare presentation but this was not a condition of our stay. We like to walk and were able to find sufficient dining options within our ability to walk. Non-walkers will need to have car or use Uber.

No housing keeping was the issue with me. Yes it was said that there’s no housing keeping but I thought they prolly was gone come every other day nope. They only clean the guest that has checked out rooms. But other than that nice place place

I reserved a room with an ocean view and balcony. Our neighbors ruined that for us as they chained smoked on their balcony, therefore I could keep my door open to see or hear the ocean. There is a no smoking policy, but nothing was done about it.

Oh no! We don’t allow cats
When we arrived and was told that cats were not allowed we panicked as we were traveling from Massachusetts and had no where else to go. I had searched for pet friendly resorts and the Westgate came up and I booked it. The staff was so understanding and did allow us to stay. We had a great stay and are disappointed we will no longer be able to revisit.
