Beautiful ocean views to wake up to in the morning. Staff were efficient and friendly. Only downside nighttime didn’t feel comfortable walking nearby.

The views were wonderful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we could’ve slept there all day. The front desk staff were friendly and provided great dining recommendations. The entire room was clean and comfortable to be in.

When we go back to Nanaimo, this would definitely the hotel I would definitely use again. I love how good restaurants are close by. Staff was nice and helpful! Can’t complain with the room we had as well.

The downtown area around the hotel is a bit seedy; the parking garage stairwells smelled of urging. There are some really cool local, artsy businesses, but for some people it might be a bit much at night. This is a city issue and not the hotel, to be clear.
