The staff was always courteous but the facility's maintenance is sub-par. When I made the staff aware of issues they were courteous and did try to make me happy. I would not return to this facility when other facilities are available in the area.

Super close to the airport (3-5 minute drive) they have a free shuttle service that operates every hour, close to downtown Nashville and other areas. Would definitely stay here again

We put a sign for our room to be cleaned. When we returned, the room was not cleaned. We were later told by a staff we have to request in advance that our room need to be cleaned. So what’s the point of hanging the card outside the room?

It was just okay. I am not sure how these hotels can claim they are worth $130-150 a night and then be old worn down a dirty like the hotel I would stay in another city for $80-100. It is giving me a bad taste in my mouth for Nashville hotels. A rip off.

Good and clean
Clean hotel very close to Nashville airport that offers shuttle service to the airport. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Bed was a bit hard for me but thats just preference. Good breakfast with waffles, potatoes, sausage, biscuits and gravy, bread, yogurt, fruit, cold and hot cereal etc. Free parking and wifi.

Had a canceled flight and needed a last minute place to stay for the night. Airport shuttle was a life saver because transportation to and from the airport is super expensive in this area. Room was nice and front desk was very helpful.
