The staff was always courteous but the facility's maintenance is sub-par. When I made the staff aware of issues they were courteous and did try to make me happy. I would not return to this facility when other facilities are available in the area.

Great service, good breakfast. I liked that they use cotton sheets, not microfiber. The floor wasn’t too clean is my only complaint. The LVP inside the room door and by the sink was dirty, glad I brought slippers. Other than that it was nice.

It starts with the gal at the front desk was mot very nice my key didn’t work the first time or the second time she made me wait until she gave me a different room get to my room have no microwave alarm clock is broke dresser drawer is broke being a diamond select member I got nothing not even water thank you anything

Overall a good hotel, location did not seem the safest but the hotel parking and hotel itself seemed safe enough to not worry. The elevator did break down for part of the stay but it didn’t really bother us.
