No refrigerator in room. It is nice but they ran out of ice buckets and the only place to get ice is by the bar. Great maid service.

Wonderful downtown Nashville hotel!
We loved this hotel! The location was absolutely amazing right next to Broadway so we could easily walk around. Live music going on downstairs most of the time which was really neat. They also had the rooftop restaurant which was neat to sit up there and look over Broadway. Definitely no concierge services but pretty helpful staff. I would advise if you get a window room, the music can get pretty loud from neighboring bars. We loved it, but definitely good to know!

Charged charges to my card that were not supposed to be there. One of which being valet, which they refused to touch our vehicle due to hight restrictions. Ended up having to figure out parking ourselves in a garage not associated with the hotel, which is fine— but the charge for a service we didn’t receive seems to be a little messed up.

Moxy is an excellent property and location if you want to experience Broadway and the honky tonks. It is noisy and very active but that is exactly what we were looking for.
