Disappointment at the Rooftop Bar
We have stayed here before, beautiful property and great location. One of the reasons we stay here is the rooftop bar. We were VERY disappointed with the lack of service and cleanliness this time around - such a shame. Plenty of staff, just absolutely no attention to clients and/or cleanliness.

The hotel room is average sized, extremely comfortable bedding which makes for a great night sleep. The pool area is really small, more or looks than function, and was overly crowded the entire time we were there. Wouldn’t have paid so much more for a hotel with a pool if I would have known it was not usable.

Service was poor. We tried to have a drink at the rooftop bar. We were seated at two tables by the hostess; a server never appeared. Car Valet service took too long to get car (but they were quick to ask for a tip); Short handed. Would not stay again.

Bed was comfortable but found a small bug in it (not a bedbug), our room key stopped working twice, arrived early and they allowed us to check in but the mobile key did not start working until 8:45pm, would not respond to the chat on the BONVOY app in a timely manner, top floor with the pool and lounge area was closed for a private event. It is a very nice hotel but there were a few annoyances on this particular trip.
