The room, lobby, elevators are very small. It worked for what I needed it to but not something I’d want to stay in if I was with anyone. For the price I think I could’ve gotten a room with a lot more space . Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. I was able to check my bags with them after checkout and come back later. Valet in front was very convenient and friendly. The location as good. Every direction I only needed to walk 2-3 streets for what I needed.

Overall the hotel was a great choice for a couple night. Definitely is a smaller room but completely efficient for two people just spending a few nights. The location really makes up for any issues with a smaller room because it is so close to everything and super walkable. Felt safe on the street outside the hotel, just be aware as always in big cities.

The elevator was very slow and it was small. Other than that, our stay was perfect!!! Great shopping and restaurants near by. Walk to the navy pier or the river walk. Friendly staff with great recommendations for stuff to do and places to go
