Wanda made checking in a breeze. She was friendly and professional. I arrived ahead of others in my party and spent about a half hour in the lobby. It was clean and comfortable. We had tickets to an event at the attached venue which was very convenient and quiet attractive. It was comforting knowing that I could relax and enjoy adult beverages with my friends and not have to get in a car after. I could not recommend it enough!

Sustained bed bug bites during the first night of the stay. Hotel conducted a limited evaluation by an outside company and while the general desk staff was kind, the managerial staff was dismissive and did not acknowledge or validate our experience. I work in a field that includes knowledge of pests and their behaviors and am confident in the identification of the source of the bites as well as other onsite evidence of the presence of bed bugs. New Bedford is my hometown and I was disappointed in how the situation was handled.

This was a super cute hotel in a great location! We stayed at this hotel for a wedding and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean and updated. It is in a great location right across from the water and a short walk to many restaurants and bars. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again for future visits.
