"This is an excellent property, the front desk staff was quite helpful, the location was ideal and close to the airport. The property is clean and there are good choices for dining. One problem is the incident down payment, which was taken as a charge and it took me a while to get it back. I had to call the hotel a few times plus my credit card company. It’s the first time I had such issues. I have stayed in many hotels and within a few days after my stay I was able to see the downpayment back on my card as a credit, however, that was not the case this time, other than that, my stay at the hotel was excellent. "Very close to LGA airport and it was beautiful. The only thing we would have liked that was overlooked on our part was that breakfast was free. However, there was one restaurant in the hotel and it had a limited menu. Also, unfortunately, there was a roach in this restaurant crawling up a chair; we made the staff aware of it. Another restaurant or cafe option would have been great."

"It was a beautiful place cozy. The staff were very nice. They were welcoming. I love the fact that they serve breakfast and it was not only cold breakfast. It was hot breakfast as well. And I like the fact that they have the service. You have a device in your room where you push the button electronically and let them know that you need housekeeping, you don’t have to call down there. There’s a button by the door where you recommend room service. If you do not want to be disturbed. The only thing that I did not like is the fact that the bed was too firm for my liking. "
