The staff were so friendly and helpful when you arrived very late from a missed connection at LGA. The front desk, security guard and both shuttle drivers were excellent. The hotel was quiet, the room was very nice and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and had complementary shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Everyone was great we just didn’t have hot water in the shower. They offered to send someone up right away to look at it. Very convenient for airport travel. Good shuttle service.
