Noise from the highway coming through yo windows, TV was a blue tint, at check in was charged but then I realised that I had already paid via Hotels.com - it got sorted i think. Parking a bit chaotic since it’s under construction. On the positive side, bathroom and room were very clean. Bed was comfy. Good breakfast.

I booked a standard room with king bed through expedia, when i got to the hotel i was told expedia sent over a booking for standard room with queen beds, the room smelt musty because the rug was wet. Upon checking out, i was then told expedia sent over a booking with king bed and it was changed at the hotel, also the front desk wanted to charge my card because they said expedia didnt send over payment. I felt like i was racially profiled but the white man at the front desk

We found all those bottles are empty in the bath. No shampoo, conditioner, body wash. The kind lady at front desk had to go some where for 10 min to get it for us. And she was the only one at desk when several guests were waiting her to get back. Feel sorry for her and other guests.

The room when I first entered smell like dirty socks and after numerous attempts to have the staff clean it nothing was ever done. Also the refrigerator was not working similarly after attempts nothing was done to have a functional refrigerator in the room.

This hotel is mediocre.The breakfast was minimal. The mattress was uncomfortable, our room was on the highway side so there was traffic noise, and the air conditioning unit was dirty. On the plus side, the rest of the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We only slept there so mostly it didn't matter but you will not be wowed by this hotel.

The staffs were friendly and polite. The facility was clean. However, the room had a moldy smell. There were signs of mold in the bathroom on the wall by the light fixture above the sink.
