I did not like the side of the inn in which I was placed. Traffic noise & very small room next to elevator was not ideal. Fortunately I was tired and decided to make do.

Nice hotel. Great staff, very friendly. Our room was on the side where the highway is so there was definitely some road noise but not bad enough to stop me from sleeping. Would definitely stay again!

The WiFi was out the entire stay. I brought it to the attention of the staff multiple times and they said it was being worked on but had been down for some weeks to months. I chose this hotel because it promised free high speed connection so I could work while I was here. They did not offer me a discount on the stay or any alternatives that would have made it worth it to stay without a full refund. Would not stay here again.

There was a grocery store about a half mile from hotel that had a wide selection of hot and cold takeout foods and good selection of beer and desserts. Hotel had 2 microwaves, plates, and forks in breakfast area that guests could use so we were able have dinner at the hotel. The pork burnt ends from Big Y grocery store were excellent! The hotel breakfast was excellent as well.

Very disappointing!
The hotel is old and in terrible condition. Ripped carpets, chipped paint, stained linens, smells bad. I paid a lot to stay here due to a room shortage in the area from multiple events. I have stayed in many, many Hiltons. This one was the worst.

Expedia moved me from a one bedroom suite at Hyatt House to a basic full size bed at a Hampton Inn 20 minutes away after keeping me on the phone for an hour for basically the same money Total rip off Bad customer service

We didn’t have a trash can. The housekeeper said she would get one. We came back from dinner and she hadn’t. Went to turn on tv and no remote! Checked out and the gentleman behind the desk never smiled or said hello. Took our room number looked at us and just said OK, nothing else. Terrible.
