I checked in they gave me a room key went out when I came back went to the room key did not work back down to the desk gave me another key and when I went in someone was in that room I closed the door back downstairs to finally get a room with a key that works and nobody occupying it thank god no one was in it or it would have been embarrassing

The hotel was clean and very comfortable. Nice beds and pristine linens made for a relaxing stay. Our party of 3 had come from Indiana to attend a weekend music workshop, called the Nutmeg Dulcimer Festival. We were pleased with our visit, and especially loved Hilton Garden Inn staffer, Sharon! She was so welcoming and kind. Thanks!
