It was terrible!! Room was humid with a moldy smell. Toilet was semi broken, asked for a turn down service and it never came. They came and collected the towels but didn’t clean anything. The tub was clogged. The advertisement said it had a fridge and microwave, IT DIDN’T!! I had to search out the room cleaners for additional toilet paper. Calling the front desk is useless, because they either don’t answer or answer and leave you on hold! I wish I had more hands so I can give this hotel 4 thumbs ENTHUSIASTICALLY DOWN!!!! 👎👎👎👎

This hotel has very dirty broken floor in the elevator. The hotel room the bathroom door was broken. Only one study chair in the room, burned cigarettes marks on the bath tub, etc. The breakfast is terrible. It’s not worth the money to book this hotel.

There are not enough words to explain how disappointed and disgusting this hotel is. We had a double bed room. No pillows. No comforter on either bed. Sheets had blood on them. No towels. No toilet paper holder. No mini fridge, no microwave, no coffee maker. Oddly they did leave a packet of coffee. Like a joke. lol. It really looked like this place got robbed. Mold in shower. We went looking for the staff for help and they disappeared as fast as our money. We slept in car because we also saw roaches in the bathroom. They charged us for two rooms because a mistake there staff made and refused a refund. DO NOT STAY. Save your money.

I paid to check in early I guess because the girl was upset or whatever she gave me a room with the air conditioner Falling apart she also gave me a room that she claim the smoke detector needed to be replaced because it was missing they didn’t have tissue in the room also the window was broken off she also told me that I’ll have to pay money because she seen balloons overall the experience was just terrible and I’ve been to this hotel multiple times but the front desk girl just need a better job or a better attitude won’t be staying here again at all

A walking 24 hour guard. All the staff was some of the best ever. maintenance was needed in all areas of the room. Bathroom & toe molding was loose or missing.

I’ve never seen a worse hotel or motel in my life. It was truly disgusting and looked like nobody had cleaned it in months. Had I not been in an emergency during a holiday weekend I would’ve left immediately.

Worst place I ever stayed.
When we opened door to room , the smell was terrible, had to go eat in the truck cause it was getting me sick to my stomach. Put a soap in the vent to help with smell. Bathtub was horrible. Thought I was going to fall through the bottom floor and every time I moved it would move. My husband seen whiskers coming out and moving in the door hole (picture shown), went to make coffee, I almost lost my mind at the sight of the coffee maker. Never been in a room like this. Was horrible, was gonna leave but we were so tired of traveling and working all day that we didn’t have energy to haul our things to find another place, like some other customers did.

Terrible, terrible, terrible.
This place went down hill. They either changed ownership or don't care. Our first room wasnt clean and had blood on the comforter. The tub was disconnected from the caulk and buckled in. The second room had so much mold on the ceiling we were all sick. And to top it off, there were 2 crime scene cops there when we woke up Monday morning. Dont stay here.
