They don’t clean up they half ass, this hotel is way to nice , guest laundry horrible separate animals from other rooms that’s nasty , people leave hair all over & it’s not getting cleaned properly very disappointed from desk amazing mildew in bathroom & sheets wasn’t changed from previous guest

We stayed on the second floor. When we got off the elevator the smell of marijuana was very much present. Upon entering the room the first thing you see is a nasty stained love seat. It was gross looking and should have been replaced if could not be cleaned. The staff were friendly enough. Nothing to brag about.

Staff was great. The exterior and lobby was clean and maintained. The room … drapes did not shut all the way. There were stains on window seat and sofa fabric. The refrigerator had ice build up. The ladies black undies on a hook in the bathroom from previous guest was creepy.

I will start with the good: The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Breakfast was decent and hot. Unfortunately the hotel was very dirty, including the room we stayed in. There was a large wad of hair on the bathroom floor, there was trash in the hallways and the hallway carpet was badly stained. I would not stay there again for this reason.
