We reached the lobby at 3:45 a.m. for the 4:00 a.m. shuttle to the airport. The 4:00 had already left. The next one wasn’t going to leave until 4:30. Just the beginning of our sh*t show. We called an Uber. Thanks, Doubletree. You seem to cater to airline personnel. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

They made it very easy to travel with our dog. There was no hassle about bringing him. There is stations outside the building with signs for easy pet cleanup. The rooms are designated for pets but there is no odor of pets!

I am very disappointed because I generally like Doubletree hotels. The best thing about this one was its adjacency to Newark airport. The checkin process was very slow particularly that we were “digital”. The hotel is old and tired. The person making coffee in the morning was dour, unhelpful, and rude. In essence, the opposite of hospitality

Excelente servicio, necesitaba un hotel cerca del aereopuerto. Ofrecen transporte gratis al aereopuerto. la habitacion es grande y limpia, el desayuno muy bueno, tienen paqueo gratis. te piden un deposito de $75 dolares al llegar al hotel {no lo vi en ninguna parte al hacer la reservacion}. pero me dijeron que lo devuelven en 3 a 5 dias. eso espero , Lo usaria nuevamente y lo recomiendo.
