The roon didn’t even have shampoo and conditioner. We asked for towels and never got them when we told them we were four . The rooms say non smoking and smells like cigarettes (not good for kids) hotel amenities they look good but you have to pay for parking

Not enough staff at check in. Rooma climate control doeant work well. Pool area was noisey till after 11pm despite website says it cloaes at 8. Very disturbing to sleep! Took forever for room service to answer. Parking is horrible! Very disappointed!
