Hotel is clean. Bedroom was spacious. We got charged extra $20 pet fee, although it says that it says pet friendly and doesn't say anything on expedia.ca for extra pet fee. Breakfast was good. Standard hotel buffet. Scrambled eggs, sausages, hash browns etc. Lady that cooked the breakfast was super friendly, absolutely lovely. We also had dinner the night before. It was good. I would recommend this hotel.

I booked a room with kind size bed and sofa bed but there was no sofa bed or a comfy chair to sit and the staff didn’t seem to know about it. Bed was quite comfortable, staff was not as friendly as my previous stay but overall, I slept well and my stay was good.

Nice property with comfortable beds and great free breakfast! Room was clean and simply decorated. But: Lots of noise from hallways. Room down the hall had a dog barking at various times.

Nice place, casino and friendly staff. The only problem was the AC units in both our room were very loud and definitely needs some maintenance!! Didn't sleep much due to the noise.

Front desk staff were very good. Asked for daily housekeeping and all we got was more coffee and shampoo. Little pieces of garbage was left in bathroom on the floor and on the carpet in front of the bed. Bed wasn't even made again - didn't epect sheets changed but thought the bed would have been made up. Very poor case of housekeeping.

We had a good stay at the hotel but I was disappointed there wasn’t a dresser or drawer space to put clothes in. (Only shelves) There also was no hair dryer but the front desk provided me with one when I asked.

Friday and Saturday supper is buffet, we sat at our table expecting to have the option to order from the menu as well. We had already ordered our drinks as we were not told it was Chinese buffet only. We finished and left to another restaurant. Hotel staff were great! Wish the server had explained the buffet before we sat down. Window in our suite had an old handprint on it
