The room was quiet and peaceful. Upper room washroom noise was a little annoying but overall no complaints. There was wetness around the toilet, so I think there is a pipe problem in the wall or something.

Check in was smooth, friendly greeting, clean room (actually a suite as it has a separate bedroom), restaurant on site (but expensive), free continental breakfast. Shower had good pressure and temperature, but the toilet was off it's flange I think as it rocked as I sat on it. Also a spider in the room, but easily taken care of.

The room we checked in for, had a broken window and was on the main floor. It took the checkin employee along time to assist us. It was after 2am, and just wanted to get to sleep. We finally got a new room after I requested it. The new room didnt have enough towels and the hair dryer didnt work. Over all not impressed, would not recommend or stay there again.

The first floor room they put me faced parking lot. The window was ajar and screen torn permitting access to the room from outside. 4th floor is smoking only. But ventilation is poor and the smoke comes into floors 1-3.
