We were pleasantly surprised by the size and cleanliness of the room. It was well appointed, and had recently been redone. The vending machine, icemaker area could use some better lighting, and not be so creepy. Not a place for a single woman to go into. We will stay here again! Jiggers, next door, for breakfast was delicious, affordable and so convenient.

We had rented the suite which included two queen beds, a folding down Murphy bed and a pullout couch…. Unfortunately, the front office was closed by the time we pulled out the Murphy bed and the couch to realize there is no extra comforters or pillows…. The Murphy bed was less than desirable as sleeping accommodations. Pretty sure I slept less than a few hours that night because the mattress was very poor. Also, we had to find sockets that were actually working to plug in the lights. One of the coffee machines was not working water and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

PLEAS READ TO THE END Check-in went smoothly. Went to our room we were put in a section of the end that was obviously still under renovations, and our particular room was nasty with bugs and little gnats dead in the bathtub. This story does have a happy ending though. We got back from the hospital seeing our sick family. Member complained about the conditions and we upgraded to a beautiful room for this. We are grateful and thankful. And we were allowed to have a an extended check out because of our inconvenience. Great customer service great owners.
