This place is the best! I've had a few different kinds of rooms here and loved all of them. The pool is always ready to swim in because its indoors. Hot tub and steam rooms are in there as well.

It had a great view of the sunset off the water. Easy access to the beach. The bed was kind of hard. Nice place.

Property is waterfront, which is beautiful. Room was immaculate, had fridge and microwave. Convenient shuttle to Provincetown and a restaurant on site where we enjoyed dinner twice. Also have an indoor pool and hot tub but we just didn't have the time to use it. If I make it to the cape again, would definitely return.

Hotel is in allright condition. Indoor pool and spa much appreciated. Good maid service. Waitress at the restaurant very friendly and food was good. Moderately priced at that time of the year.

Location was great, staff was very friendly. The hot tub, pool and fitness center were great on a very rainy day. The beach access and views were definitely a highlight. Overall, I would definitely stay there again. I didn't give 5 stars for 3 reasons - 1) there were small staples sticking up on the edge of the carpet, where it connected to the tile in the kitchen and bathroom area, 2) there was no coffee provided in the room. There was a coffee pot, but no coffee. Finally, although my GF breakfast was good, by husband and son reported that their breakfast was disappointing (eggs benedict). We ended up walking down the street to the market.
