No maids came in ever, we had to ask for linens, towels, toilet paper etc and then go pick it up at the desk. Was not very clean and the property was partially updated but chair was broken in our room and lights were rusted out. Needs attention.

There’s very little to recommend this property. I have stayed in Nanuet before at hotels that were far nicer in locations one could genuinely call pleasant. That word would not come to mind for this particular suite hotel. It’s in a dreary, quasi commercial area. The hotel is within hearing range of railroad tracks with trains running and blaring their horns loudly late into the night. It was quite a poor value for an overnight rate of $177 all in. No breakfast is offered, and the room we occupied was dark and dreary. The best part of the stay were the two ladies working at the registration desk the evening we arrived and morning we left. Very pleasant and professional. Otherwise I would not bother staying at this hotel.

I actually really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I stayed with my fiancee and we were in a studio room with a queen size bed. The room bathroom was nice & clean! The main amenities were all in the room (stove, fridge, microwave). There was a nice closet to store & hang our belongings in! I really appreciated that there was a blow-drier in the bathroom already; my experience with most other hotels was that I usually had to call & ask for one. Overall, a really good hotel to stay at! One thing to note is that although there's a variety of restaurants nearby, you should call ahead of time and try to make reservations. Do not underestimate the traffic in the restaurant because they're usually very busy with very long wait times.

Not my favorite place
The hotel is old. The first night we were here there was a very strong cigarrette smell in the main hallway which was terrible. The bathroom shower did not work properly at ALL. I think the hotel is over priced. The room was clean, but it had a very strange odor... and honestly the shower gel, buh terrible! And it is very noisy, there is a nearby train which you can hear all night long. The service was good though, very nice people and free washer and drier!!
