Worst motel experience ever
Probably worst motel I’ve ever stayed in. What appalls me the most is that only double rooms have fridges and microwaves. The bathrooms were dirty and I also noticed some mold.

I love this hotel. Every time I stay they don’t never disappoint me very friendly staff & keeping it clean is their best interest. Area is very quite besides being by the airport and airplanes always noisy it’s a calm and good area to stay. I love the staff & their friendliness & respect they give. Definitely recommend this to any one :)

One big giant CAT URINATION box Room smelled like a cat hoarder. Drug addicts and And homeless people were walking around the property. The toilet was full of urine unflushed !!! I was in and out of my room in less than one minute !!! Went back to the front desk and demanded my money back the front desk lady laughed and said you are booked on a non-refund Booking And I only stayed in the room for about 30 seconds and had to leave because of the urine smells!!! This property is dangerous and should be shut down by the health department and police for drug activity I’m in the process of trying to get my refund !!!! Do not stay at this property !!! Run run run !!!

the pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable. the room also did not have a mini fridge despite showing them in the photos. Was not a terrible stay but for the price we expected more.

Dirty, badly maintained, but somehow great service. The room we were given first was never cleaned from the last guests—trash, soiled towels and sheets, horrible smell. Front desk was wonderful and got us into a new room immediately. This room was turned over from last guest but full of smoky smell and with a used cigarette on the floor (no smoking policy whom?). Again the front desk was amazing and moved us to a new room. This room had some disrepair/disfunction and an incredibly sticky floor but we stuck it out. Someone was walking around outside banging on doors to different rooms randomly at around 2:30am. Front desk very understanding/helpful next morning and gave us a couple minutes past check-in when our ride ran into traffic. Overall, front desk deserves an award and housekeeping/facilities were atrocious.

Pretty much what you’d expect for a motel 6. I was disappointed in the overflowing trash cans outside, trash in the parking lot and lackluster staff. My room was missing a smoke detector. It was pulled out of the base unit. I reported it twice and nobody fixed it. I reported it again at checkout and apparently nobody had told maintenance? Concerning. It’s a no frills motel. Noisy. You’re in the flight path of OHare-not the hotel’s fault, but I just wore earbuds to bed. The room was pretty clean. No blow dryer in the room. Bar soap but no shampoo, so bring your own. If you just need a place to sleep, it’s adequate. It was nice to have a Dennys and a couple other fast food places nearby for a quick bite.
