Roaches bugs, flying insects every where, no smart tv, the room smell like mold all over and stink, too close to the high way, noisy beds, the toilet smell real bad, and the serves the poorest breakfast, I had to checkout right even I lose my money I couldn’t stay in that place.

Smoking rooms have no ashtrays and we were told they didn't have any in the entire hotel. Room was dirty and the floor was filthy it turned the bottom of my socks black.

I have stayed at this property in the past. We live in Gainesville and had to find somewhere to stay for 1 night because of no power at our home. The hotels in Gainesville either didn't have power or fully booked. So we had to go to Ocala. So i chose this property. Upon arrival the desk clerk was taking care of someone else, then he took care of me. When i gave him my name he looked in the computer and said hang on a minute and went to the back office to talk to someone else, then returned and finished checking me in. I saw absolutely no signs of the customer service cultures that used to be in place at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. There were no towels at the pool and the water was slightly dirty, but tolerable. The hot tub was nice and hot, but when we tried to turn on the jets, they didnt work. We had a somking room ,and there was no ash trays in the room. There was no coffee maker in tje room either. We called the front desk and asked if they had any extra ash trays or coffee makers , and got told because of being sold out, thatvthey didn't have any.So very disappointed. This property used to be a great place to stay. I don't think i will ever stay there again.

Booked a handicapped room and then was told they didnt have one. Had to be moved to a king bed room that was not wheelchair accessible. The pool was full of soap suds and not swimmable. The bathroom door was broken and would not shut, the wall decoration was broke and hanging off the wall. The hair dryer did not work and there was no tolite paper. The ceiling was dirty and it smelled of smoke even though it was a no smoking room. Road noose a major issue. Would not stay again for the money.

I was given a key to a room that had the chain on the door, with the door ajar. I was shocked to find an old man opening up the door, and I showed him that I was assigned his room. I looked around at people on that side of the property hanging out on the walkways and it felt a little sketchy. Come to find out, residents are living there. I was given another room after returning to the front desk with a queen instead of a king, which was okay, however the room was musty and the ceiling looked like it may have been moldy. The room key did not work for the pool, and even after reactivating the keys, they did not work on the pool gate and another patron in the pool yard let me in. I tried to call the desk from the pool yard, but the phone was answered asking that I please hold and nobody came back on the line within 4-5 minutes, and I hung up. The next day the desk person gave me new keys but she indicated that the pool was not open yet, and I never had the chance to try the new keys, as I had to pack up and continue with my trip. The breakfast was merely okay, but the room was not costly, so it was fitting. So fresh fruit being offered would've been nice.

when we first came to the property the front desk service were great. when I got to my assign room, I were disappoint, the room had mold on the ceiling and dampness on the walls. I returned to the front service for a different room. I quickly got another room, when I entered the room the cigarette scent was terrible, It was already late so I just let the room air out. thinking that would help. I open the refrigerator and It smelled like some was dead. It was a rag cloth looked like vomit. I was disgusted and tired so I got some towels and cleaner from the service desk to clean the fridge. my first night was horrible and not being able to sleep. I wish there were better for me to say, but my experience was is not well to swallow.

Couple of guys needed a place to crash after football game. What a mistake. Roaches and a dozen people hanging on the walkways smoking weed all night. Even the coffee wasn't drinkable. Don't do it

We did not stay!!! Wife walked into the room and it reaked of cigarette smoke and unwashed bodies. Plus there were 10 kids playing right in front of our room without a parent in site. Asked for another room, the girl on duty tried but couldn't get us a comparable room.

Great staff.
Bathroom door needs some repairs. Hard to close and harder to open. Love the pool and hot tub. The breakfast is good. Staff are awesome.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. The maids were unhelpful. The lobby is across the street. The breakfast was unappetizing. They only want to give you clean towels and sheets once every 3 days. It was kind of noisy. It is inexpensive so you get a pretty low class of clientele. You get what you pay for. I won't go again.
