Check n was easy. Room average. Had to ask for shampoo. Elevator not working, we were on the third floor and not good for seniors. The jacuzzi tub was noisy and the one above us was really loud. Breakfast was good.

The staff were very kind and helpful on the phone and in-person. They allowed us to check in early as our rooms were available. The breakfast was good and the location to the beach is amazing. The views from the second floors and up are beautiful. The only negative was that the elevator was broken.

Although this is a bit of a dated property, we very much enjoyed our stay! Can't beat the beach view and we loved being able to walk out the door to go down. It is right next to a beach access road so there were cars driving up and down fairly regularly while we were sitting on the porch. We had 2 queen beds and then a little sitting area with a fridge and microwave which was super helpful for heating up dinner. The sofa bed was broken but that was okay for us. Breakfast was good and taking it back up to our porch was amazing. To sum it up, for the price we paid to be right on the beach- it was worth it even though the hotel seemed a bit outdated (no working elevator or hot tub and broken furniture).

The elevators were not working, so going up 3 flights of stairs was hard with luggage etc. The screen door was broken, the shower did not drain well so we were standing in water while taking our showers, and the lighthouse was not accessible. That being said, the staff was great and helpful, the breakfast was good, and it was pretty quiet. I always stay here when I visit, I love the location.

Very close to the ocean shores beach. You can walk there. Had a room with a view of the ocean which was beautiful. The room was very spacious. Staff were so kind. Particularly Alice was so great. She explained where everything was located. The complimentary breakfast was tasty. Loved how you can make your own waffles. And lastly, the pool was so fun and was set to a good temp. Overall would recommend staying here again.

What a view!
Beautiful suite overlooking the ocean with a pretty sunset (bonus). Very helpful front desk, elevator wasn’t working but got help carrying bags upstairs. Breakfast was very good.

Looks like it could be a good hotel. They are under construction right now. The elevators don’t work so my wife with a bad hip, had to climb up and down the stairs to our second floor room. The first floor west hallway smelled like mildew so bad it made you cough. The rooms are set up nice but the carpet needs to be replaced. Definitely not a standard for the quality of hotel it should be.

This was a very pleasant stay for my family and I. Everyone was friendly and our pet friendly room was great and comfortable for all of us. Our room was close to the dining area on the ground floor which was very convenient however the walls were a bit thinner so when people passed by or the guest in the room walk to hard, my dog would bark. This was a bit a challenge but that being said I didn’t hear other dogs barking. We didn’t receive any complaints about the occasional barking from our dog either. So all in all this stay was a great experience!
