"We loved that our suite was spacious, very clean, beautifully decorated, and the beds were super comfortable. The surf was a fair distance away, but from our third floor suite we could see the crashing waves, and slept well to the distant roar of the ocean. Our checkin was smooth and friendly, and the receptionist was a great help getting our luggage to the third floor. My husband and I both have limited mobility, so we greatly appreciated the elevator and its close proximity to both our room and the front lobby. All in all, our was a delightful stay and we look forward to another visit in the near future!"

"The hotel room was large and accommodated us well! The only complaint I have was that the toilet was not clean when we arrived to our room! Made me a little worried what else might not be clean. The staff that we did come in contact with were friendly. The hotel is old and outdated but has a pool which made my kids happy! Wished they had breakfast since it was difficult to find a place to eat and had to resort to McDonald’s which we didn’t want to do! Overall we had a nice trip and will likely stay at The Shilo Inn again due to convenience and price!"
