Terrible overall stay. No offered discount that was sent to me by the hotel. Noisy everywhere kids running past 10p hot tub closed. Kids screaming at pool and running thru halls. No towels. Fire pit closed on holiday weekend no less. Had family here and was so embarrassed.

It is a grand and comprehensive resort. Indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, saunas, firepits and a real full scale gym. They also have a nice separate breakfast spot and bar, and even a small movie theatre with films running all day. Plus, Jonathan's Restaurant is next door (18 ft.) with real tablecloths you don't see many places anymore and first rate dining. The restaurant even has entertainers upstairs with varying costs for tickets. I wish we had asked for a tour of the property when we arrived. There were things we simply didn't know. We will be back.....

Given that we stayed during a holiday weekend it wasn't surprising that there were many children which created more noise, but that is more of a reflection of parents allowing their kids to run and yell in the hallway and not a reflection of the property.

Location is key. Easy walk to the Marginal Way entrance and to Oguinquit playhouse. Overall, it is a great place to stay. It is clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. We have stayed here many times and will return. There were some small disappointments, such as sparsely filled vending machines and therefore no late night snacks. The onsite pub used to have quite good food, but sadly it has declined to the point we no longer go there.

Overall, a great weekend getaway! The outdoor hot tub was awesome. We looked forward to grabbing dinner & drinks at the Pub on Friday night but it is drinks only from 3-9pm.

This is a well used tourist destination, walkable to the vibrant town and the famed playhouse, but it is showing the wear. Wall paper in the bedroom was splitting in three places, , a light fixture in the gym was hanging by a wire, the wall switch for the bedroom only worked in the half position. When I checked out three people in front of me had various issues. So it’s not the Hilton! However, the kids loved the pool, the bed was decent, the gym was one of the best set of equipment I’ve seen for a hotel, and even though it was pretty booked, it was also very quiet. So I would stay here again, but I wouldn’t pay a premium price,
