Where to begin…I booked this “resort” for the amenities listed. It fell short on just about everything I was looking for. No restaurant, no pub, no game room, the steam room was covered in mold, the sauna was tiny and it was in the locker room so my husband and I had to sit alone. Our room had food under the bed & the dresser, there was mold in the bathroom, the balcony door was broken, the carpets are worn & frayed. This was such a HUGE waste of money. The only positive about this place was the Roman Spa. It’s a large hot tub. It was packed too. This was a terrible anniversary weekend. Do not waste your money.

Overall this place was great. Few things that would have helped a bit and its truly not a big deal. The vending machine didn't take debit cards. Sounds stupid. IT was annoying at midnight when I wanted a soda. LOL.. Other than that, it was a wonderful place

Avoid at all costs - not worth the money

Terrible customer service, no heat, hot tubs closed and replacement tubs cold. When issues were brought up to management they stated they would do something to rectify the issue and give a credit but never did anything in the end.

Expedia needs to update there app I went there got a different room I requested the hotel helped me out with a better room but I got charged an extra 25$ no big deal it’s not the hotels fault great experience but Expedia needs to updated their app but overall never had a issue with there app. Pretty much have to pick and choose your battles with them. Overall experience really good.

A check in I was told our room was not booked as hotels.com told us. Fortunately the front desk staff was fantastic. She took the time to find our reservation and book us in the correct room. She also took down adequate information from me to provide to management so the problem was corrected without having to do anything else on my part. Great hotel, great gym, sauna and hot tub area.
