Great little casino. The cigarette smoke was thick. There is no smoking in the hotel portion, but I could still smell it in my room on the first floor. My friend had a room on the 4th floor and said she could not smell it up there. The rooms are clean. The shower was huge. It has a nice pool, hot tub and sauna. It is nice that they offer food on site as there isn't a lot of options in the area.

cant believe they still allow smoking in the casino also these 4pm check ins are annoying.. we understand it is due to lack of staff ,, covid etc, but it is annoying.. 11am checkout is too late.. why not 10.00 am check out 2 to 3 pm check in

We were on a motorcycle trip and the rooms are clean. There was easy parking out front or the sides and free WIFI. The kitchen was beyond behind schedule but the waitress did her best to make up for it. It was easily over 20 minutes or more waiting. It might have been an unlucky time because we came before the pandemic and it was really good. The check-in lady had an attitude issue, too. I like the place and would recommend it to people passing through. I guess the old saying is the enemy of Great is Good, So this place is good.

The property was well kept, the rooms were clean and spacious, but typical casino environment. No smoke-free areas, so the hallways do smell, but the room were less noticeable, which was nice. Overall it was great!

I was on the first floor. The room I was in was so close to the casino floor the room smelled like cigarette smoke the entire time. I had trouble sleeping due to this and hardly got any sleep. Additionally, I had to wait for an employee at the front desk for 15 minutes to check in. Eventually I had to walk out onto the casino floor to find someone to help me track down the front desk agent. Gamin was awful. I spent $800 through 4 or 5 machines without getting a bonus. The response I got from staff is the slots were tight in order to pay for the new casino construction near tri-cities. I'll be sharing that information with people I know so they know to avoid the casino during this time.

No real television reception. Historic assignation attempt on us former president and could not get updates on any channel at all. Scheduled our whole trip to arrive at hotel in time to watch Seattle Mariners in the comfort of our room but the game was not available. Didn’t freshen our room after first night so we had ZERO towels next morning.

The TV is pointless, no channels nor would it log into apps that are optioned. The whole building including up in the hallways of the hotel and room smells like swisher sweets cigars
