Here’s a revised version based on your feedback: Wonderful Stay, Highly Recommended – Just a Minor Disappointment with the Wine I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent – from the smooth check-in process to the beautifully appointed room, which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The amenities were great, and I especially appreciated. The location is ideal, and the staff were all friendly and accommodating. I did have a glass of wine at the bar, which unfortunately didn’t meet expectations, but that was a small hiccup in an otherwise wonderful experience. I didn’t dine at the hotel, but given the overall quality of my stay, I’d certainly consider it in the future. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free stay!

Nice Bricktown Hotel

Front desk staff were very friendly. Furnishings were outdated. Neighboring guests were very noisy. Overall it was a good stay.

Check-in staff were very accommodating and friendly. The valets were also. My one minor complaint was the wait time to retrieve my vehicle. In their defense it was early morning and a large contingency of guests were also waiting.

I had no hot water the evening I checked in, but luckily, I shower in the mornings. Even then, the water was mildly warmer than Luke warm. And they love their tips. All kinds of signs and ways to tip the workers.

Average and visible updates and repair needed.

I chose this location because I had previously stayed here a few years before and it has apparently not been kept up. Looks like several touchups and updates were warranted. Such as the padding in the elevator. Scuffs and damages along the check in counter. Hotel representatives could not locate my reservation with Hotels.com for several minutes before finally locating it. I found staff annoyed with any inquiries I made. Valet was great. Many options in Bricktown, we will certainly choose elsewhere next time. The stay was average.
