Staff and room quality were great , however the day we stayed the restaurant was closed, and since we do not drive at night we got stuck there without dinner. We tried to enjoy the hot tub but the water was so hot that it was not possible. Everything would have been excellent if the amenities they offer would have been available.

Nice looking and large room, but a couple of issues. Shower floor tile is very slippery when wet. Carpet in room was dirty and overdue for cleaning. Quiet despite proximity to freeway, easy access to property

There was a small Buffett breakfast in the morning and also a menu with pricing for custom orders. The group I was with ( three rooms in total) all did the small buffet. We were all finishing the fruit, toast, bacon and yogurts when a guy came to us with a bill for the buffet. Each one of us were like what. We didn’t get anything from the kitchen. 17$???? We will rethink about staying at this facility.

Great customer service, however the rooms' amenities were outdated, with shaggy carpets and stained upholstery. There was a strong smell of mold and stale urine coming from the bathroom.

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, so we were offered a snack while waiting. Our suite was gorgeous with a deep soaking tub and separate shower. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

The staff are very friendly. Room was very clean with comfy bed and pillows. Major positive is the extra towels that they leave in the room!
