Book a hotel near One World Trade Center, Manhattan

"The room was the perfect size, and sufficient storage. The bathroom was clean and had everything I needed. The hotel is located conveniently near the train, restaurants, and shops. Staff were super nice and patient. The check-in / out process was a breeze. "

"Ricky at the front desk was so great! Extremely friendly and helpful. Pro: The hotel is beautiful. Very warm and cool ambience. Needed a key card to get upstairs and that made us feel really safe. The views of the 9/11 Memorial is great. Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean. Beds very comfortable. Large bathroom. My favorite thing of all was how quiet the room was. We didn't hear anything! Con: The beds seemed smaller than I expected. Expected queen beds and got full size. We called prior to driving 9 hours with children to inquire about parking. We were told we'd have to find parking nearby at one of the parking garages. Paid $80 for parking at a garage 3 blocks away. Was told by Ricky once we made it inside the hotel, they work with a company to assist with parking and you only pay $40. That was disappointing. Despite the parking situation we would definitely recommend staying here."

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Very clean and the staff was pleasant. There is a restaurant inside however the breakfast options are slim. It is in walking distance to a nice diner and other restaurants. The terrace view was amazing but the room next doors window opens to your terrace which is odd. You can look right into their room. The elevator service did not run at full capacity which was needed on a busy weekend. The overall experience was great. "

"This is the second time we've stayed here, after a stay a number of years ago. This is probably the most comfortable hotel room I've stayed in anywhere, a certainly in NYC. Beds extremely comfortable, a teriffic shower and a nice design that leaves plenty of room to relax. Location convenient to downtown and transportation uptown."
