Anyone who goes inclusive should stay at the Divi inclusive…The Dutch resort is like the cheap part of Divi…rocks at the beach instead of sand…walls in rooms are so thin you hear everything…no activities…the only VIP I got was a bottle of wine 😆 Don’t stay at Dutch….

We loved the swim up tiki bar! We would’ve liked more food options and faster shuttle service to the Divi Dutch, as we had to walk to the Tam to actually get picked up by the shuttle.

We booked thru Expedia & it was advertised as an all-inclusive. This was important for our family trip for 3 people| We found out LATER that we could add on all inclusive food & drinks for $225/adult & $100/child per DAY. Disappointing: room was average~ Very close to the Caribbean Sea. Facilities were run down: example: 7 of 8 outdoor showers were broken by our pool. We weren’t even offered complimentary coffee or continental breakfast with our package. Side trips were excellent ~ Arubian people we lovely: very polite and ready to help. Divi Dutch “all-inclusive” package was a disappointment: wouldn’t return to stay here.

I absolutely had a blast being at this hotel. The beaches were absolutely beautiful. The service was amazing. People are so friendly. If you like a quiet hotel, check this place out. I enjoyed every bit of it. I stayed in the suites and let me tell you I did not want to leave.

It’s so much I went though in this resort I called 4 diff people to get a reservation at a restaurant no help I still had to walk to reception to do so. The calls are not free. My birthday supriser was not what I asked nd paid for they gave whatever they felt like. I missed one day of my trip I couldn’t get in contact with no one. Even when I arrived there no one could help. Terrible customer service. No communication nd need better training. The shuttle workers are nicer and a lot more knowledgeable .

Old and in need of renovation
The hotel is in need of a lot of renovations. It is old, no elevators. Had to change rooms because air conditioning wasn’t working properly. They sent maintenance up 4 times and all they did was turn it on and off. Gave us wrong room number for new room. New room was nice but air conditioning leaked, ice maker didn’t work, dishwasher leaked. There are no restaurants at this resort. Would not stay here again.

Overall a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend adding the "all-inclusive" option, as you are able to take advantage of ALL of the properties offerings. Me and my partner enjoyed every bit of it and will revisit in the future 🙌
