The property was absolutely beautiful. The walkout ocean room was breathtaking. We were lucky to have a room that had sandy beaches. Some of the rooms walk out to rocky beaches, which would have made for a lesser experience in my opinion. Rooms were nice. We had a minor slow drain in the bathroom and maintenance was there in a flash to fix it. Staff was SOOO beyond friendly. We brought out one year old toddler and they were so receptive of him, and interacted with him during every dining experience. Reservations were a bit difficult. Have to be quick to reserve and if you have a large party (4 people), times and locations may be limited. We were often limited to 5pm/5:30pm or after 8pm for dinner, unless we broke up our group into pairs. Overall this was a wonderful experience and we could envision ourselves going back!

Make reservations at the restaurants as soon as you can! La Terraza is delicious, I recommend making at least two reservations during your stay!

Loved the upgrades made. Would like to see the entertainment stepped up a bit more. There needs to also be more music during the day and more activities as well.

The pictures online are very deceiving. I picked this resort oceanfront so I could walk right out to the beach and that was not the case. There were rocks on the beach that are not in the picture. You could not walk to the beach. I understand whether can affect the landscape of the beach however, the picture should not be posted as such.

This was our 4th visit to the resort we felt the overall food in the restaurants were not as good as in our past stays. Also the other 3 visits were were in rooms that did not have rocks blocking the beach/ocean. Our room location was very disappointing . The staff as always was extremely nice.

Perfect location on the beach, taxis readily available and friendly staff able to assist if needed. Restaurant options, a variety to choose from but it helps to download the app. All inclusive is the way too go for sure, no hassle when ordering drinks or food at the buffet or bar snacks! Would come again.

The food at the restaurants is delicious! Much better than one expects at an all inclusive. The staff are friendly from Dimbo to the concierge, the front desk, and the waiters/ waitresses! The spa is bliss! The only comment is the rooms need updating. However, everything is clean and well maintained.

The service here is absolutely horrible unless you’re out to dinner. They gave us the wrong room during check in. Took another hour to get the right room and my sister couldn’t get hers switched until the next day. Always waited for shuttles and taxi’s took almost 40 min each time for dinner. I had to beg and call for towels every single day. No one answers the front desk phone. No stocked refrigerator, no room service, no to go coffee in the morning. This place for the price is not worth it at all. I’ve stayed at way nicer places for less price. Inconvenient long walks to bars. Wouldn’t return.

Very nice rooms and great service. Shuttle between resorts would pick us up at our room. Husband had a difficult time walking, so this service was excellent.

The property on the beach was a godsend! Convenient and fun. The rooms were airy and clean and the house keeping staff, waiters and food at the dining options were fantastic. The bartenders at the main bar near the reception frankly need to be trained to attend to ALL customers in a non partisan manner. One star was deducted primarily for their behaviour. Otherwise the overall experience was Fantabulous.
