This modern, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 1,286 sq/ft home with private jacuzzi, is located in the popular Terra Verde resort community. Close to US-192, Disney, Premium outlets & local restaurants and 25 mins from SeaWorld and Universal theme parks, there’s plenty to see and do!

The clubhouse team will check you in and give you an overview of the resort in more detail. We have key-less coded door entry and there is plenty of free, unallocated parking spaces, directly outside the home.

This Kissimmee vacation townhome includes the following amenities:

- All bedrooms are on the 1st floor.

- The master has an ensuite, with smart tv.

- 2nd bedroom is a queen, also with smart tv.

- 3rd bedroom is a twin with two single beds and smart tv.

- Our bedding is suitable for all groups - ( not just for kids)

- Kitchen with peninsula bar, bar stools and dining area

- Sun Loungers, outdoor seating and umbrella provided in private patio from which to enjoy the Florida sun

- Private charcoal grill available to guests

- Access to all facilities within the community, including children’s play area, tennis courts, beach volleyball, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, game room, basketball, table tennis, mini golf, movie room, guest lounge, hammocks, fishing lake, running path and tiki bar. *Deposits may be required, please check with clubhouse front desk team.
