Our bathroom door was swelling from the bottom, losing plywood (i guess) made it hard to close or open the door, found my 3yo screaming in the middle of the night cause she couldnt get out. The rule you cant take food to your room is ridiculous. My kids have sleep disorders and wont get up, so we either cant eat, some eat, or have to juggle sleeping kids with us to the dining room.

We have stayed at this hotel several times when coming to Disney. Our rideshares are about 10-15 minutes to any of the 4 parks. We love the free breakfast and free cookies in the afternoon. Coffee 24/7 in the lobby is a plus for us caffeine lovers. Our room was clean and updated. No bug issues at all. AC unit worked great. We did not like the pillows unfortunately and I had neck issues each morning (too firm and hard). But not a deal breaker by any means. I ended up sleeping on my travel pillow which solved that for me. The ihop next door is also great for dining options that don’t break the bank and is walkable. During this stay, we had a wonderful check-in experience with Freddy at the front desk. Another woman at the desk hyped up our halloween costumes which was fun haha. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again. Thank you!

This is the place to stay if you wanna have a nice clean room, a good breakfast, free parking, free shuttle bus to major parks, courteous staff, 24 seven coffee in the lobby. This list could go on. Love this place, this is our third time there and would definitely go back

Very easy check in, staff was very friendly. Room was very clean and looked newly renovated. Surrounding area offered many dining options. We did not take partake in the complimentary breakfast as we left early in the morning.
