Our bathroom door was swelling from the bottom, losing plywood (i guess) made it hard to close or open the door, found my 3yo screaming in the middle of the night cause she couldnt get out. The rule you cant take food to your room is ridiculous. My kids have sleep disorders and wont get up, so we either cant eat, some eat, or have to juggle sleeping kids with us to the dining room.

Let's start of with saying the staff was great. The strong fragrance smell in the hotel was overwhelming. I couldn't sleep the first night since it was so strong. The breakfast was a bunch of frozen potatoes, eggs and sausage/bacon poured into pans. It was gross and just mushy. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. With all the options please pick another one.

The hotel is fine, but I think the housekeeper could have done a better job. One of the sinks was blocked, I thought the housekeeper would notice it, but it remained the same throughout our stay.

Lovely room and the staff were excellent - special shout out to Freddy!! Breakfast was good, and different every day. Very close to the parks and the shuttle bus was super handy. Would definitely stay again :)

This is my go-to spot to stay nearby disney world property , it’s only less than 10 minutes to get to animal kingdom. They also offer free shuttle buses at distinct times however if you want to get an uber or lyft ride , it only costed be less than 10 dollars . They provide free breakfast from 6:30-9:30 and have a variety of options to choose from. The rooms are clean and spacious and housekeeping ensures you have towels in rooms. Overall i been coming to this hotel for many years and enjoy it each time !

This was our third time staying at this property - once again, it did not disappoint! It is conveniently located only about 15-20 minutes from Disney and down the street from several gift shops and many restaurants reflecting various cuisines. The rooms are clean, spacious, and recently renovated with a fresh, modern look. The parking is free and accessible. The staff are very friendly and accommodating at all hours. The continental breakfast is included free of charge and has a diverse array of traditional breakfast foods, fruits, coffee, drinks, and condiments. We'll definitely be back for a fourth stay!

Staff was great, hotel was clean. They offered free shuttle to the Disney parks. Some of the guests were a bit noisy after 11 pm but not the fault of the hotel.,I would definitely stay again

Great experience at this hotel. Came back after a July trip and stayed again. Best free breakfast I have ever had; fresh and delicious. Construction going on but you wouldn’t know it. Wonderful staff!
