Our bathroom door was swelling from the bottom, losing plywood (i guess) made it hard to close or open the door, found my 3yo screaming in the middle of the night cause she couldnt get out. The rule you cant take food to your room is ridiculous. My kids have sleep disorders and wont get up, so we either cant eat, some eat, or have to juggle sleeping kids with us to the dining room.

Let's start of with saying the staff was great. The strong fragrance smell in the hotel was overwhelming. I couldn't sleep the first night since it was so strong. The breakfast was a bunch of frozen potatoes, eggs and sausage/bacon poured into pans. It was gross and just mushy. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. With all the options please pick another one.

Didn't have any problems using the internet. Breakfast was good, with homemade pancake maker, eggs, sausage, along with the other typical staples like cereal, muffins, toast, yogurt, etc. Very close to the Disney parks. Very reasonable price.

The staff was excellent, the rooms were clean, and the pool was nice. However, the Wi-Fi was slow, but if you are on vacation, that shouldn't matter too much. The complimentary breakfast was good (I enjoyed the breakfast burrito and egg bites the most). The bed was good, not the best nor the worst I have slept on at a hotel, but comfortable enough. I would definitely stay here again. A very international, intergenerational hotel! Close to everything!

The hotel is fine, but I think the housekeeper could have done a better job. One of the sinks was blocked, I thought the housekeeper would notice it, but it remained the same throughout our stay.

Came to Orlando for a Disney trip with friends from Boston and stayed at this terrific hotel. Staff very friendly. Clean rooms , comfortable beds and a great self service breakfast. Would highly recommend and will stay again when returning to Orlando
