Room was very clean, good breakfast, great staff the location is near to everything that you can think of. My only dislike was the shower curtain, wish it was longer and the elevator needed some work. But if you asked me Yes I will definitely return to this hotel. All the 4 Disney World Theme Park are about 12-18 Minutes. Definitely great location and great price!

Room was clean, room door hinge was jacked, had to lift door to close. Exhaust fan in bathroom was bad, sounded like it was ready to come through the ceiling. Breakfast was really bad. Sausage tasted like horse. Hash browns was dried out and coffee had a lot to be desired.

My review is very mixed. First, the good: The people who work at the Galleria Palms are all wonderful. I'm sorry I didn't get the young lady's name who checked me in, but she was very kind and patient and lovely, and I don't think she ever sleeps - she was there at 11 PM and then again early in the AM! And Leo! He worked all night with a smile on his face. Also, the room was very clean, which for me is the main thing I look for in a hotel. Now, for the not that great: 1. The room needs a lot of fixing! The shower spigot is loose, as is one of the "bar" sink - not sure why that's in the room anyway. The air conditioning is SO LOUD! It was a good thing I came during winter when I could turn it off and still be comfortable. 2. NOISE!! Oh boy, this was the worst, and the reason i will not return to this hotel. It was SO NOISY!! The walls and floors amplify everything! I could not sleep until 1:30 every night becaue of people yelling, running, etc etc until all hours. I did ask Leo to talk to the people directly above me whose child was RUNNING around the room like a herd of elephants at midnight :) and Leo did try, but they wouldn't answer the door when he knocked! 3. Elevators were breaking down, and also they are dirty inside. My first impression riding up to my floor was oh, no, this hotel is filthy! But that was just the elevator. Room was clean.vending machines didn't work (I found one on another floor that worked), and just generally the place felt run down.

I had the best stay! From start to finish of the staff was sweet and personable to me. It was my first time solo traveling and I felt completely safe and invited. The place was clean, simple, and I had everything I needed. If I had a question all I had to do was ask. It’s near almost everything. I was in for an audition so I didn’t get to do much around the city but they had free shuttles to a lot of attractions. It’s tucked into a peaceful spot but surrounded by a lot of stores and food. The breakfast options were so good and it changed every day. This place felt like a home away from home for me. Everyone working there was absolutely awesome. Don’t forget about fresh cookies every night!!! it was just the perfect place for me to be as someone that was nervous about traveling on their own for the first time. I will definitely come back again!

Staff was very nice. Room was great - clean! Breakfast was lacking. Wishing there was more of a selection to include protein and fresh fruit. Wonderfully situated to my destination at ESPN. Overall, great stay. I have already recommended this to friends.

The desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel overall was clean and tidy, as was the room itself. It appears a little on the older side, as there was a lot of rust around bathroom fixtures and the bathroom faucets dripped non-stop. Pros: Excellent location to Disney parks. We arrived at every park entrance within about 10 minutes and it was a very easy drive. Lots of fast food/sit-down restaurants and stores, including Walmart, surrounding the hotel, some within walking distance. Can't beat the location, and we would stay here again for that reason alone. Also the low price of the room during high season (winter break) and free parking included (most hotels charge around $25/day to self-park) makes this hotel an excellent deal. Cons: Not many cons other than the free breakfast is definitely sub-par. While there is hot food offered (scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy), options were limited and we just didn’t think the food tasted good at all. The coffee was not good either unfortunately. We ended up grabbing a fast food breakfast every morning on the way to the parks instead. The low quality breakfast offerings and rust in the bathroom were really the only negatives to report about this hotel and it would not stop us from staying here again in the future. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a cost-friendly and convenient stay.
