Stay away from this property! It is nothing like the pictures and info on Expedia. It is very sketchy and feels very unsafe. We were told the pool was not working due to the hurricane but when we looked at the pool you could tell it hadn’t been used in months. It was so gross and dirty. We decided not to stay due to the pool not being available and since we were on vacation we had counted on a pool. Many other hotels in the area had their pools up and running even after the hurricane. The gentleman at the front desk told us that we would receive a refund after the manager spoke to Expedia but when Expedia tried to contact the manager. She avoided their calls for days and when she finally answered an email she lied and told them we were staying there!! We went back to the property to have a charge removed from my credit card and at that time the manager told us she refused to deal with Expedia and would not remove the tourist charge. She was so unprofessional and told us she would make sure we didn’t get a refund!

The first night my Room was no good as It was in a smelly corridor, next day I changed Room, which was better. This hotel needs reforms specially painting: corridors, toilettes. The recepcionists where very nice and helpfull, but they charge 20 dollars to keep the luggage in the last day?? Very expensive!! Never paid before.

The staff is very nice, the room was clean but has a little bit of smell like a humid. The breakfast only has coffee, cereal, juice and waffles(you make them). Location is excellent, restaurant just at 100 feet and 24 market is just at 200 feet. Direct access to main road to move around, at 15 minutes travel time there is all kind of stores

I am fairly certain that the carpet in my room has never seen a vacuum. The room smelled, the sofa smelled, the hallway smelled. Did I mention the smell? I reserved for 3 people and there were only 2 towels. I had to go find towels and sheets for the pull out bed. This is an "Old Florida" property and if you can find someplace else take it.

I was here because of hurricane Milton they jacked the rates higher than normal, opportunist is what you would call it. But the State of Florida and county Government should impose fines no smaller than a million dollars on every business that jack rates in disasters

They had no towels, garbage bags. Staf was very nasty. I understand people were evacuating from Hurricane however they knew they would be packed and didn’t prepare and charged way to much money. So basically they took advantage of a bad situation. Will never stay there again nor would I refer anyone to this property.

Because of the Hurricane, a lot of traffic was in an around the Hotel entrance and Lobby under the incredible Leadership and guidance of the GM Mirna De Leon customer service was on point! The Kind of CS you received back in the day. I want to Thank her again for showing compassion in a very stressful time
