Went to check in 3 different times in check in day, no one was at counter. Waited over 30 minutes each time. Laundry staff was very rude when asked for more towels. Cockroachs in room.

Affordable and 18 minutes from the airport. For the rest, it's run down, shower was clogged, no phone in room, no outlets near bed to plug your cel phone, bulbs out, TV had a permanet streak smack dab in the middle of it.

The location is convenient and close to our destination, but the amenities fell short of expectations. There was no free water, and the breakfast options didn’t include coffee or juice. The towel provided seemed unwashed, and the bedding had stains, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. While it’s okay for a short stopover, it’s not ideal for a longer stay of 2 or 3 days.

Convenient location, filthy hotel.
Sketchy area which you can’t help but the lobby and hallways were filthy. Sticky floors, popping floor tiles, outside lights flickering, all the outside side entrances into the hotel were all open for anyone to walk in. Duct tape on the push bars, musty sank smells in the halls. Room was adequate. Good for a quick one night stay which is what I needed.

During my reservation, I selected a room with a queen sofa; however, this was not the room provided. Additionally, there was no soap, shampoo, or conditioner available in the room, which was disappointing. When I requested clean towels, the staff appeared hesitant to fulfill this request. The following day, after using the towels at the pool, I requested fresh towels but was informed they could not be provided. The breakfast service also fell short of expectations. There was not enough food to accommodate all guests, and once items such as eggs and oatmeal were depleted, they were not replenished.

After waiting 20 mins for a front desk clerk that made no apologies, our room was disgustingly dirty and old. We typically choose budget level hotels but this was the worst. We slept in our clothes, avoided the shower, and tried to pin down the curtains so the flashing lights outside wouldn’t bother us too much. Ugh.

They have a nice, big pool. 8&1/2ft deep! There is no security, but the area is safe. The facility is worn out and sadly rundown, but the cost to stay is very low. They advertise a workout room. That’s phony. They have a busted up treadmill and a 20yr old exercise bike. They advertise a free breakfast. It’s free, but not worth it. It was quiet and the other guests were all nice. Staff was friendly. I caught a big ole toad in my room and released it outside. Other than that, the room was fine.
