Great location and friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was a huge plus to get the day started. Nice stay and would revisit in the future! Suggestions for improvement : water pressure in shower, bigger ledge for toiletries in shower, provide at least one non-dairy milk option for cereal & coffee, correct mini fridge temps (ours froze everything and one can even exploded in the middle of the night)

What a horrible experience!! We have stayed at this hotel soooo many times without issue and this time was just horrible. Room 1, someone’s body hair (we won’t discuss the kind of hair) all over the bathroom, TV didn’t work, and the air didn’t work. Room changed, tv doesn’t work and we got locked out of our room way too many times. When we asked the front desk to reprogram our keys 3 different times, all within a 15 minute span, there was attitude ALL 3 TIMES! Attitude to do your job?!? And actual accusation's that I was deliberately doing something to the keys to unprogram them. Simply disgusting and unacceptable!!!

I have stayed with you 3 times now in the last several months. This last time someone asked me if I needed t sign up to get rewards so they did. I missed out on two other stays. This visit your cleaning staff did not do a good job. Didnt dump trash, didn't add more towels, didn't add coffee items and more cups so I had to go downstairs to get supplies at night. They tucked my sheets in on my bed but didn't straighten the bed and left the pillows as I had them when I woke up. they didn't throw trash away around the coffee area (though there wasn't much as I put it all in the trash. So that is the only thing I can say in 3 stays that happened. Thank you and I do like your property.
