We travel a lot, esp driving, and stay at lots of comparable properties as the Quality Inn and this one was fantastic! The front desk for checkin was friendly and cheerful, the room was spacious and well maintained and the breakfast was hot with plenty of options. I have to say every employee we encountered was pleasant and friendly. Well worth the money.

The property was close to the event we were attending. It appeared recently updated & clean. The breakfast area was clean and inviting. We had an issue in our room after arriving, the night person was apologetic and promptly changed our room! The next morning again the desk clerk was apologetic & was able to secure a room for us at a better rate for our return visit later that week.

1. We did not get the rooms reserved 2. Room smells and feels dingy and dirty 3. Pillows are not even twin size 4. No warm blankets 5. TV so old it is fuzzy I can go on but will not. Needless to say after a long day on the road this is an epic disappointment and the hotel refused to give rooms because previous guests decided to extend their stay. DO NOT BOOK HERE

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I wasnt sure about the area where the hotel was, so I was a little worried at first. However, when we went to the front desk to check in the front area was very clean an organized. The rest of the hotel was maintained excellantly as well. We will book this hotel again next trip to Kissimmee.

Room Service improvement required
Room cleaning service was not provided until a reminder during the 4 day stay for 3 of our friends families. A note was put on 2nd day and 3rd day saying that room service can not be provided for that day in each of our rooms. However, when checked with front desk, they say that they are not aware of such notes which is not a valid answer. Upon couple of reminders, service was provided on the 4th day. Also, the security code for the backside building was broken and scary to know that anyone can enter the building. When complained about it the front desk says no one noticed/complained about it (strange answer. How come the room service attendants did not notice) and the issue was not addressed as of the checkout time. Hope it gets addressed. On the positive side of the stay, the cafeteria service. Cleanliness, quantity of food availability and service were very good.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy check-in. Breakfast was good with decent selection of items. Room was clean and comfortable. We booked the room for a stop-over when traveling to Ft. Lauderdale cruise port and this served our purposes well. The only issue we had was in being told that the quickest way to room was to use the door in the back of the building. We lugged our luggage up the stairs to the 2nd floor, the outside door would not open and we had to go around to the front of the building. After a full day of travel and arriving later at night this was a little frustrating. But other than this, we had a great stay.
