I had to ask staff members twice: one in the morning about my sink not turning off. When I came back from universal studios; the water was still running and not being able to turn off. It was about 1AM when I came back. One of the employees said maintenance had fixed it but if it was, it would've been fixed. I would've like some compensation back cause it was back and forth. He did offer to change my room, but I had unpacked already.

Everything was excellent except the tub water was hot, hotter or scalding, they said it was going to be fixed. It was not, but just turning it on was enough to shower real quick.

Room smell was horrible. Very basic accommodations, which was fine for me for one night. Would never do an extended stay here. Doors open to outside street view, which feels misleading given the resort photos. Bathroom supplies were nice which was the only plus. Disney park transportation should be adjusted-as there is no animal kingdom shuttle. MK, Hollywood and Epcot only. Front desk told Me that the Monorail goes to Animal Kingdom so I can take that from the magic kingdom drop off which is completely untrue so this is misinformation being given to guests that needs to be corrected. Hotel needs to adjust shuttle routes to all parks, which can be done with 3 shuttles— One Shuttle to transportation and ticket center for MK and Epcot, one shuttle for Animal Kingodm and one shuttle for Hollywood. Epcot is accessible from MK transportation and ticket center and should not have a shuttle if they only are offering 3.

Rather tired-looking, run down hotel rooms. Furniture very worn and beat up. Room was fairly clean, beds were clean. Carpet in poor condition, frayed seams and looked dirty. Room overlooked the pool and the music was blaring till 10:00 pm. Not a very relaxing atmosphere after a long day of travel.
