Room was very clean and well maintained. The AC vents were actually clean! Housekeeping came the full days we were there, very much appreciated. Customer service from hotel and restaurants/stores (Lite Bite,Cafe Matisse and 39 Poolside Bar and Grill) were really nice, like they were happy to be there. There are no baby changing tables in the restrooms (at least the ones by the convention rooms) so that's a bummer if you are not staying at the hotel and you had to change a diaper. Would stay here again if ever we attend another convention hosted at this place. Note on the free self parking for Expedia VIPS: make sure you take a screen that your booking comes with free self parking in case you need to prove to Expedia that you have free parking for this hotel. Hotel staff said, the booking is usually marked as such but since mine was not I had to talk to Expedia why my booking didn't show with free self parking. Upon talking to Expedia, their screen doesn't show free self parking for VIPS, even if it does show this, real time on the customer side. It got resolved eventually but was just a bit of a hassle to deal with when you have other things to think about.

Very nice hotel. Close to everything. Very clean. My family and I expend 3 days due to hurricane Milton. The employees were amazing there and cause they allow pets they maintain all the areas super clean all the time. :). Highly recommended:)

I was in Orlando for a trade show and this hotel was close and fairly price. I was pleased at the full service nature and the great attitude of the staff. The pool was wonderful especially the spa that has an amazing waterfall that will give your back and sholders a fabulous water massage.
