I'm a Bonvoy member. This is the 2nd time that I come back to this hotel in a year.-Most likely WON'T come back. Very upset that they charge parking now, its REGULAR public parking with NO security guard! (They didn't charge parking on my 1st time). 1 thing I really enjoyed on my 1st visit, was the FREE coffee and tea 24 hrs. They took this feature out. The cleaning people in my floor (#2) were lazy. For the duration of our stay(4 days) the hallway was very dirty, they only cleaned the area closer to the elevators and that's it. The cleaning lady in our room was lazy too, she didn't clean our toilet bowl and gave us toilet paper that was about to end, folding the edges to make it pretty. She didn't want to change the actual toilet paper, unless management told her to keep the same roll for 3 different guest stays. The great things about this hotel are the Staff: IAGO at front desk should be a Manager. Super friendly, most helpful and professional. Maintenance Team was great too. The ladies at the Breakfast(specially a Peruvian Lady) super sweet and professional. Breakfast is very nice and rooms/bed/sofa bed are very roomy and comfy. Pool and Mini Golf are nice, but we weren't able to enjoy due to lack of time. Now your hotel is more expensive AND charges parking and NO free coffee/tea! LMK when you stop charging parking, and I'll come back. The hotel next to you, Hampton Inn is also nice, great breakfast and offers FREE PARKING and FREE Coffee Tea 24 hrs.

The staff was really friendly and helpful, the room was very nice, and the food/coffee/hot chocolate were great. Would definitely stay here again! Convenient location, as well.

When we first checked into our room it smelled of severe mold and water damage. And our bed was damp. They moved us to a different room but it wasn't much better. We were then surprised by the fact that they had charged us for parking when we were told there would be no fee for parking our car. This place is really terrible. Not the mention the people at the front desk had no personality or helpfulness whatsoever. We will recommend this place for people NOT to stay here.

The room was sooooo muggy that the bathroom floor was completely wet and slipery the entire stay. My bathing suit didnt even dry overnight! The hallways were just as bad. The towels were all still wet.

What we needed was a fun hotel with a great pool for our kids for the weekend and with three pools- two with water slides which didn’t feel crowded even on a long weekend, it was great. There’s ziplining/eockckimbing which we couldn’t do bc of the rain is a small extra cost. Having an onsite bar and restaurant/cafe was a great bonus as well. Breakfast in the morning was pretty much the same as other hotels that offer the hot buffet breakfast. One tip would be that the Mickey Mouse waffle station is probably the busiest line and it’s very time-consuming. Since it’s already popular, the staff should consider making these waffles ahead of time and just keeping them warm because it seem like everyone wanted the waffles. It would greatly reduce on time people spend in the breakfast area and help things move more efficiently. The room we stayed in was a bit outdated- towel racks were falling apart. The pullout couch mattress was so rusty but putting extra mattress toppers and sheets on it helped. Kids said it was very comfortable. More storage and hanging space would’ve been great.

It's alright. The staff up front was friendly and the room cleaners did a good job. The people trying to sell their timeshare (they wont admit its timeshare) are super pushy into you visiting their other resorts and getting your info. Trust me you'll find them, or i should say they'll find you. Also please have another 1 or 2 more of the mickey waffle maker. I did not eat their breakfast because the sausage and eggs were always cold, and there was a line of 40 people once because somebody made like 30 waffles. Either have a sign making it so that theres a limit on how much you can make, or just invest in another 2 or 3 more waffle makers.

Reception staff are welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is the same every day - pork sausage, eggs, waffles and an oatmeal bar. Beds are comfortable and rooms were clean but the hotel has a musty odor that I suspect is poor ventilation. The lobby and breakfast area on the first floor is the only place that doesn’t smell musty. The hallways and rooms just smell like stale air. Our shower had no traction at all so it was very easy to slip and fall. We ended up using towels on the shower floor so we wouldn’t slip. This hotel is unfortunately badly in need of updates and maintenance. Our mini fridge was very very small and had the ice plate broken so the door wouldn’t close with food in it. Maintenance came quickly to switch it out and was very polite. Overall, the staff are friendly and helpful here and the hotel has some extras that are nice. There’s 3 pool areas plus rock climbing wall, splash pad, sports courts that are shared between the three hotels on the property. I would recommend considering one of the other hotels where you can still use the amenities but maybe the property is better upkept. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again even though the people were nice.
