I'm a Bonvoy member. This is the 2nd time that I come back to this hotel in a year.-Most likely WON'T come back. Very upset that they charge parking now, its REGULAR public parking with NO security guard! (They didn't charge parking on my 1st time).
1 thing I really enjoyed on my 1st visit, was the FREE coffee and tea 24 hrs. They took this feature out.
The cleaning people in my floor (#2) were lazy. For the duration of our stay(4 days) the hallway was very dirty, they only cleaned the area closer to the elevators and that's it. The cleaning lady in our room was lazy too, she didn't clean our toilet bowl and gave us toilet paper that was about to end, folding the edges to make it pretty. She didn't want to change the actual toilet paper, unless management told her to keep the same roll for 3 different guest stays.
The great things about this hotel are the Staff: IAGO at front desk should be a Manager. Super friendly, most helpful and professional. Maintenance Team was great too. The ladies at the Breakfast(specially a Peruvian Lady) super sweet and professional.
Breakfast is very nice and rooms/bed/sofa bed are very roomy and comfy. Pool and Mini Golf are nice, but we weren't able to enjoy due to lack of time.
Now your hotel is more expensive AND charges parking and NO free coffee/tea! LMK when you stop charging parking, and I'll come back. The hotel next to you, Hampton Inn is also nice, great breakfast and offers FREE PARKING and FREE Coffee Tea 24 hrs.
