Condition of hotel is dated and dirty. Bugs, cracks, mold in all other areas except for lobby, elevator broken, pool has large light missing from hole and just hanging by wire onto pool ledge, only were given one pillow per person to sleep on, only 3 towels were initially given for four people, no pool towels available, electronic door locks sometimes worked and sometimes didn't (we were actually locked out in the pool area and had to call the front desk to come let us in due to door not unlocking), ect. Staff were reluctant to help and often gave a snobby attitude when asked. You needed to pay extra money per day to have anything in your room cleaned, garbage collected or revamped except for having new towels brought. Due to work constraints, we asked for a late check-out on departing day and they said they would only grant a late check out if we scanned their QR code and left a good review on their page. Bribery definitely shouldn't be present in the hospitality business. Surrounding hotels in area are better value for your money. So disappointed in our stay.

Excellent value for money, staff were helpful and lovely, thanks Anna, we stayed as near airport 20 minutes and NASA space centre 45 minutes, hotel was tired but clean, plus has a pool and parking.. Regards Richard and Loren

Our experience is good. Though the building is a bit old but its totally clean. A suggestion would be, the signage should be light up for easy access and phone should be placed in the room. On our last night, a man knocked on our door room on the middle of the night. It was just once though but I panicked a little. I wanted to call the reception area but I couldnt. Also, the exit door from the parking isnt locked, it should be especially at night for safety reasons.

Everything was good. Good staff, nice pool, florida mall was like a 9 minute walk from the hotel. Only downside was the hallway carpet and room carpets should be replaced or cleaned. Also there was no laundry service. Other than that, everything was good.

Initially was excited to find this location because of accessibility to locations. Check in is 4pm. There is a $22 early check in fee. Stayed on the first floor and had 3 roaches in my room at 10pm. Kids were hysterical. All rooms were full when staff was informed. Also given a business card for supervisor whom I emailed pictures and discussed concerns as a paying customer and a medical provider. Never heard anything back.

The staff service was excellent, they address any challenges promptly. If breakfast was available my stay would be better. The gym was convenient after meals, room was well kept. I would stay again if they offered breakfast. Even though no microwave was in the room, one was available in the lobby and the pool was good. Thanks again team Orlando Palms!!

The stay from beginning to end was horrifying and disgusting 😩not to mention Expedia was NO help and of course would NOT give my money back. The hotel has roaches one of which was dead on my wash cloth when I unfolded it to use, two of the towels had blood on them one of which my son had already started to dry off with after his shower.The hotel has one very attentive manager and she seemed to try and help the best she could. (I have pictures and video)

I love my room! A king bed! It was clean and quiet. Although I couldn’t keep the same room when I rebooked because my flight was delayed the front desk did everything they could to accommodate me. Thank you.

The property looks like what it cost cheap. It was supposed to be a few hour stay until my flight to Cancun. However, I never even checked in. after arriving stood in line for 20 minutes but the receptionists took her sweet time. Then became rude with the elderly lady in front of me and proceeded to let someone cut me because they were already checked in, which is fine. The thing that got me was no communication saw me standing there and didn’t even acknowledge my presence. A simple I’ll be right with you goes a long way. I said that I was cut and the receptionist then got rude. Oh he can wait he will be fine. Sorry excuse for a receptionist and should get an otp job because hospitality ain’t it
